Order Tracking

• You’ll receive a tracking PRO # once your order ships.
• Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after pickup/label creation.
• After the shipment leaves the warehouse, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.
• When it arrives at the local terminal, the carrier typically contacts you to schedule delivery.

If you see damage or missing items:

1. Take photos/video immediately (packaging + labels + product).
2. Write damage notes on the receipt BEFORE signing

• Example: “pallet crushed, box torn, dented frame, possible concealed damage.”

1. If damage is major, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Important: If you sign without noting damage, it may limit or void the ability to file a freight damage claim.

Concealed damage

• Report within 48 hours of delivery.
• Keep all packaging for inspection.

As an authorized dealer of Nature’s Generator, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED)

• Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
• Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

Include in your email:

• Order number
• Item name/model (and SKU/serial if applicable)
• Reason for return
• Photos/video (if applicable)

RETURN WINDOW & CONDITIONS
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase (if approved).

Items must be:

• Uninstalled / unused
• In like-new condition
• In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
• Serial numbers must match (when applicable)
• Additional fees may apply if an item is opened, incomplete, damaged, or missing packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it's due to a defective product, shipping delay and/or damaged package.For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect item ordered), return shipping costs and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
• Outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (even if “free shipping” was offered).
• A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns not related to defect/warranty (including refused shipments).
• 3% merchant processing fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., credit card, PayPal). These fees are incurred at the time of purchase and cannot be recovered once the transaction is processed.
• Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

• Requests after 30 days
• Used, installed, or improperly packaged items
• Damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, or environmental exposure
• Items missing parts/accessories/manuals or altered/defaced items
• Items without proof of purchase
• Products that have been installed.

CANCELLATIONS

• Orders that have not shipped may be canceled with a 5% cancellation fee (payment processing cost).
• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, it must follow the return policy.

What does “100W” mean for a solar panel?
The “100W” rating refers to the panel’s maximum power output under ideal conditions, meaning it can produce up to 100 watts of solar power under standard test conditions. This helps you estimate how much energy the panel can generate.

Can I adjust the panel angle for better sun exposure?
Yes, the panel includes adjustable summer and winter tilt positions to help capture more sunlight throughout the year.

Can I charge the Generators on cloudy days by Power Panel(s)?
Yes, you can charge the Nature's Generators on a cloudy day via solar. However, you will not get the same amount of performance as you would on a sunny day. Ultraviolet light will still reach the Earth's surface on cloudy days.

I need the Power Panel Cable to be Longer than 50 feet, how can I increase the Cable?
You may purchase the separate 50 foot Power Panel Extension Cable, so then you can increase the Power Panel cable length to 100 feet total
