Terms of Sale

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The following Terms of Sale apply to all transactional purchases, financial orders, and equipment distributions executed through garagerebel.com. By placing an order, you explicitly agree to these binding commercial terms.

If there is a conflict between these Terms of Sale and other documentation, the following order of control applies (to the extent permitted by law):

  • Specific written authorizations or custom quotes explicitly issued for your order by Garage Rebel staff.
  • Our published Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Price Match Policy.
  • Individual product page disclosures published on the Site.
  • These general Terms of Sale.
ELIGIBILITY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and authorized to use the payment method provided.

It is your sole responsibility to:

  • Review product details, dimensions, electrical requirements, and technical specifications before purchase.
  • Provide a correct, deliverable shipping address and reachable phone/email for delivery coordination.
  • Ensure adequate delivery access, clearance, and equipment (where required) for the safe receipt of your shipment.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE, VERIFICATION & CANCELLATIONS

Order Acceptance: Your order represents an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order at our sole discretion (including, but not limited to, cases of suspected fraud, extreme pricing errors, stock availability issues, or address verification problems). An order is not legally accepted until we confirm shipment or issue a tracking/PRO number. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, a full refund will be issued promptly to the original payment method.

Verification: To protect our customers, we may request additional information to verify identity, billing authenticity, or delivery logistics prior to processing an order via SMS (rates may apply) and/or email confirmations.

Cancellations/Changes
  • Before shipment: We process orders rapidly. To request a cancellation or change, you must contact us in writing at support@garagerebel.com within 2 hours of placing the order and prior to fulfillment. While we will make every effort to halt processing, cancellation approval is not guaranteed if an order has already transitioned to a fulfillment facility or supplier network. If a cancellation request is approved after an order has already entered warehouse processing, component pulling, or manufacturer log staging—but prior to physical tracking issuance—a standard restocking or administrative processing fee of up to 10% may apply to cover internal logistics, labor, and supplier administrative allocations.
  • After Shipment (or once a tracking/PRO number is issued): Once a tracking or PRO number has been issued, an order cannot be canceled or modified and must instead follow our standard Return Policy (if eligible).

  • Special Orders / Made-To-Order Items / Deposits: Custom-built, made-to-order, or specialized equipment orders require a non-refundable deposit and are non-cancellable once manufacturing has commenced, as disclosed on the individual product page.
PRICING, PROMOTIONS, & PRICE ERRORS

Pricing: Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Your purchase is finalized at the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is successfully placed.

Price Errors: In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged. We are not obligated to honor incorrect or erroneous pricing.

Promotions & Coupons: Promotional offers, discounts, and coupons feature distinct terms, exclusions, and expiration dates. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, discounts apply strictly to the base product price; shipping, sales tax, and freight accessorial fees are excluded from promotional discounts.

END-USER / BRAND RESTRICTIONS

Certain commercial-grade products sold on our Site are intended strictly for end-user operation and may feature restrictions prohibiting unauthorized commercial resale.

TAXES

Sales tax and applicable environmental/state fees are collected based on your shipping destination and local tax regulations.

PAYMENT, DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Billing Issues: If you suspect an unauthorized charge or a billing discrepancy, please contact us immediately at support@garagerebel.com so our team can investigate and resolve it directly.

Chargebacks: We ask that you contact our customer support team to find an amicable resolution before initiating a formal bank chargeback. If a chargeback is filed, Garage Rebel will provide comprehensive transaction documentation (including delivery confirmations, carrier records, signed Bill of Lading receipts, and communication logs) to the payment processor. We reserve the right to pause processing or support on disputed orders while active financial reviews are underway.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS

All shipments are explicitly governed by the comprehensive terms outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Key Points:

  • Delivery dates and transit times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Heavy freight (LTL) shipments require delivery scheduling. The customer is solely responsible for any carrier-assessed fees arising from missed appointments, restricted delivery access, terminal storage, or required redeliveries.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer directly to the customer at the moment the carrier marks the shipment as "delivered" or "available for pickup" at a local carrier terminal.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location and inspecting deliveries as described in the Shipping Policy.

Delivery Delays: Carrier transit delays caused by weather, terminal backlogs, seasonal congestion, or force majeure events are outside of our control and do not constitute valid grounds for order cancellation or structural refunds.

Installation / Independent Service Providers: Unless explicitly stated in writing by Garage Rebel, products sold on the Site do not include professional installation, assembly, mounting, plumbing, or electrical hookups. 

Any independent contractors, installers, or service providers you hire—including any professional contacts or referrals we may provide as a courtesy—are entirely independent third parties. Garage Rebel does not supervise, employ, control, or guarantee their workmanship, pricing, insurance coverage, licensing, or scheduling. Any service agreement is strictly between you and the third-party contractor; Garage Rebel assumes zero liability for damages, structural delays, or disputes arising from third-party labor.

DELIVERY INSPECTION, DAMAGE, MISSING OR WRONG ITEMS

All procedures regarding transit damage, missing parts, or incorrect shipments are governed strictly by our Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

Freight/LTL: You must thoroughly inspect all freight shipments prior to signing the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL). Visible damage or missing components must be noted clearly on the BOL document. Signing the BOL without written notations indicates the shipment was received in acceptable condition and will void subsequent carrier claims.

Reporting Window: All claims for concealed damage, missing hardware, or shipping errors must be reported to support@garagerebel.com within 3 business days of delivery, aligning with our unified store policies.

Delivered / Not Received (DNR/DNF): If tracking shows a package as successfully delivered but you cannot locate it, we will assist you with a carrier investigation. A signed customer affidavit and/or a police report may be required before a replacement or credit can be evaluated.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & RESTOCKING

All product returns are processed strictly according to our Return Policy.

Key Points:

  • Returns require prior written approval and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns sent to our business office or warehouse facilities will be refused.

  • Restocking fees are calculated transparently based on our tiered restock structure (Tier 1: up to 10%, Tier 2: up to 25%, Tier 3: up to 50%) as disclosed on individual product pages.

  • Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item was purchased under a "Free Shipping" promotion, the actual outbound freight or parcel shipping costs incurred by Garage Rebel will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method after the returned item is received, inspected, and verified to be in unused, resalable condition at the designated warehouse facility.

Refund Basis / Price Changes:

  • Any approved refund is based on the amount actually paid on the original order (after discounts/promotions), not the item’s current price.
  • Except as outlined in our Price Match Policy, we do not offer price adjustments for items that change price after purchase.
  • If a price match is approved, any eligible return/refund is calculated based on the adjusted amount actually paid.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES & LIABILITIES DISCLAIMERS

Warranties: Most equipment and tools sold on our Site are backed by a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage parameters (including residential vs. commercial use constraints) are determined by the manufacturer. Garage Rebel does not provide any additional or extended store warranties beyond the official manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garage Rebel disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garage Rebel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of business profits or labor downtime) arising out of your purchase or use of products sold on the Site. Our maximum financial liability for any claim related to an order is strictly limited to the net amount you actually paid to Garage Rebel for the specific product giving rise to the claim, except where such limits are prohibited by law.

PRODUCT SAFETY, COMPLIANCE & WARNING (INCLUDING CALIFORNIA PROP 65) 

Acknowledgment of Inherent Risk: You acknowledge and agree that automotive, industrial, and heavy garage equipment (including lifts, compressors, electrical machinery, and tools) inherently carry risk of severe personal injury, property damage, or death if improperly handled, installed, or operated. You assume all operational risks associated with the use of any products purchased on the Site.

California Proposition 65 Warning: California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 requires special warnings for products that may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. While Garage Rebel makes commercial efforts to display Prop 65 notices provided by manufacturers on individual product pages, you acknowledge that many industrial products, chemical compounds, metals, plastics, and electrical cables contain such substances regardless of whether a specific warning label is present on our Site. 

Shift of Informational Burden: You agree that the absence of a specific Proposition 65 warning or product safety notice on any individual page of the Site does not constitute a representation by Garage Rebel that the product is free of regulated chemicals or operational hazards. Prior to purchase, installation, or use, it is your sole responsibility to review the physical manufacturer packaging, enclosed safety manuals, and direct manufacturer disclosures for all official warnings and instructions. If you require chemical or safety verification prior to purchasing, you must contact support@garagerebel.com in writing.

Indemnification and Release: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinium Capital, LLC, d/b/a Garage Rebel, its parents, subsidiaries, members, and employees, from any and all claims, civil penalties, statutory damages, lawsuits, or enforcement actions (including Prop 65 citizen suits or private bounty-hunter claims) arising from or relating to the presence, absence, accuracy, or omissions of any product safety warnings or chemical disclosures on the Site.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delivery failures, fulfillment delays, or processing backlogs caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, labor strikes, global supply constraints, acts of government, or systemic internet outages.

GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising under these Terms must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision within these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain fully intact and enforceable.

NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any specific provision or right within these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Sale, along with our posted Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and Garage Rebel regarding your purchase transactions.

UPDATES

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply to new orders placed after the effective date listed above.
