Price Match

Effective: January 1, 2026

At Garage Rebel, we work hard to keep pricing competitive on premium garage upgrades and organization products. If you find a lower publicly advertised price on the same eligible item from a qualifying online retailer, we’ll gladly review it—and if it meets the requirements below, we’ll match the item price.

What We Match

If approved, we match the competitor’s product price only on an identical, new, in-stock item.

Shipping note (important): Freight and delivery costs vary widely based on carrier contracts, distance, seasonality, and accessorial charges. For that reason, shipping/freight, delivery fees, and “delivered totals” are not included in price matching. We compare the competitor’s item price only.

What’s Not Included

Price match requests are not eligible for differences in:

  • Shipping/freight charges and delivery surcharges (including liftgate, residential delivery, limited access, appointment delivery, inside delivery, stairs, placement, white-glove, assembly/installation)

  • Taxes, duties, or financing charges

  • Coupons, promo codes, rebates, gift-with-purchase, bundles, BOGO/“free item” offers

  • Membership-only or loyalty pricing, “email for price,” quote-based pricing, negotiated/bid pricing

  • Clearance, liquidation, closeout, open-box, used, refurbished, scratch-and-dent, or return items

  • Marketplace/third-party sellers (including marketplace listings on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.)

  • Pricing errors, typos, misprints, or listings that cannot be reasonably verified

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, all of the following must be true:

1) Identical Item
Same brand, model, SKU/part number, size, finish/color, and included components—plus any required accessories, hardware, kits, upgrades, or bundled items.

2) In Stock & Orderable
The item must be in stock on the competitor’s site when we review it, and available to ship to your destination within the contiguous U.S. (48 states) (unless we approve otherwise in writing).

3) Qualifying Retailer
The competitor must be a legitimate U.S.-based, online retailer selling directly to consumers and recognized as an authorized retailer for the brand. This excludes lead-generation sites, distributor-only portals, marketplace sellers, auction sites, and manufacturer-direct quote/request-for-quote portals.

4) Publicly Advertised Price
The lower price must be active and publicly viewable at the time of review (not expired, not ended, and not conditional on membership, bundling, special access, or private pricing).

5) Same Configuration
The competitor listing must include the same configuration and included items. If the competitor price excludes components included in our listing (or vice versa), the request may be denied or adjusted to reflect an equivalent configuration.

6) USD Pricing
The competitor’s price must be listed in USD and available for purchase/shipment within the contiguous U.S.

When You Can Request a Price Match

Before purchase (recommended):
Send it before you place your order so we can confirm eligibility upfront.

After purchase:
Requests may be submitted within 6 months of your purchase date. If approved, we’ll match the product-price difference only (shipping/freight excluded) via a partial refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

One adjustment per item:
Price adjustments are limited to one approved adjustment per eligible item and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or retroactive couponing.

How to Request

Email support@garagerebel.com with:

  • Your order number (or the Garage Rebel product link if requesting pre-purchase)

  • The competitor’s product URL

  • Any details needed to confirm an exact match (SKU/part number, finish/color, included accessories)

Verification & Final Approval

To keep this fair for everyone, we may:

  • Verify the listing, retailer authorization status, and product identity

  • Request additional documentation (screenshots, itemized pricing, SKU confirmation)

  • Decline requests that can’t be validated, violate manufacturer policies, or fall below our minimum delivered margin (after considering fulfillment, payment processing, carrier handling, and support costs)

  • Limit matches to reasonable quantities (typically one (1) unit per SKU per order) and decline requests that appear to involve resale, bulk purchasing, or commercial procurement

  • Decline matches where the competitor’s price appears to violate a brand’s MAP or advertised pricing restrictions

  • Require proof of authorization (including confirmation from the manufacturer or distributor). If authorization cannot be verified, the request may be denied. 

Policy Updates

Garage Rebel may modify or discontinue this Price Match Policy at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of your request will apply.
