At Garage Rebel, we work hard to keep pricing competitive on premium garage upgrades, storage systems, lifts, flooring, cabinets, workbenches, and equipment.

Found a lower publicly advertised price on the same eligible item from a qualifying online retailer? Send it to us before you order. If the item qualifies, we’ll match the competitor’s product price so you can upgrade your garage with confidence.

What We Match

If approved, we match the competitor’s product price only on an identical, new, in-stock item.

Shipping note (important): Freight and delivery costs vary widely based on carrier contracts, distance, seasonality, and accessorial charges. For that reason, shipping/freight, delivery fees, and “delivered totals” are not included in price matching. We compare the competitor’s item price only.

Important: Price matching applies to the product price only. Shipping, freight, delivery fees, taxes, financing charges, coupons, bundles, promotional offers, installation, and optional services are not included.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, email us before placing your order at: support@garagerebel.com

Please include:

  • The Garage Rebel product link
  • The competitor’s product link
  • A screenshot of the competitor’s advertised price
  • Any relevant product details, model numbers, or options

Our team will review the request and confirm whether the item qualifies.

Price Match Requirements

To qualify for a price match, the competitor’s item must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The item must be identical, including the same brand, model number, size, color, configuration, options, and condition.

  • The item must be brand-new, unused, and in original packaging.

  • The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised online and available to all shoppers without requiring a membership, account approval, private quote, coupon code, email request, phone call, special negotiation, or hidden discount.

  • The competitor must be a qualifying online retailer with the item currently in stock and available for purchase at the advertised price.

  • The competitor’s listing must be verifiable at the time of review.

What’s Not Included

Garage Rebel’s Price Match Guarantee applies to the product price only.

We do not match or include:

  • Shipping or freight charges
  • Delivery fees
  • Liftgate fees
  • Inside delivery or white-glove services
  • Assembly or installation
  • Taxes
  • Financing charges
  • Coupon codes or promotional discounts
  • Gift cards, rebates, rewards, or store credits
  • Bundle pricing
  • Volume, wholesale, contractor, or reseller pricing
  • Clearance, closeout, liquidation, open-box, used, refurbished, scratch-and-dent, or damaged items
  • Errors, misprints, or incorrectly listed prices
  • Limited-time flash sales or prices that cannot be verified
Retailers We Do Not Match

To protect customers from unreliable listings, inaccurate pricing, and unauthorized sellers, Garage Rebel does not price match:

  • Marketplace listings, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, or similar platforms
  • Auction sites or peer-to-peer resale platforms
  • Overstock, liquidation, closeout, or salvage sellers
  • Membership-only clubs or private buying groups
  • Retailers that require calling, emailing, negotiating, or requesting a quote to receive the price
  • Retailers that do not clearly list the product, price, availability, and seller information online
  • Retailers that are not considered qualifying online retailers for the product being matched
Before-Purchase Price Match

We recommend submitting price match requests before placing your order.

If your request is approved, Garage Rebel may provide a discounted checkout link, custom invoice, discount code, or other approved ordering method.

Price match approvals are valid for a limited time and may expire if the competitor’s price changes, the item goes out of stock, or the product becomes unavailable.

Post-Purchase Price Adjustment

If you purchased an eligible item from Garage Rebel and find a lower qualifying publicly advertised competitor price within 30 days of your original purchase date, you may request a price adjustment evaluation. Post-purchase adjustments do not apply to retroactive store-wide promotions, seasonal flash sales, or price drops executed on Garage Rebel after your order is finalized.

To qualify, the competitor’s item must meet all price match requirements at the time of review.

Approved post-purchase adjustments may be issued as a partial refund, store credit, or another method determined by Garage Rebel.

Post-purchase price adjustments are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Garage Rebel Review Rights

Garage Rebel reserves the right to approve, deny, or limit any price match request at our discretion.

We may decline requests that:

  • Do not meet the requirements listed on this page
  • Cannot be verified at the time of review
  • Involve inaccurate, suspicious, or misleading competitor listings
  • Are not commercially reasonable after fulfillment, processing, carrier handling, and support costs
  • Come from customers, entities, or transactions that appear to be for resale, fraud, abuse, or policy manipulation
  • Involve pricing that violates, circumvents, or drops below established manufacturer Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) restrictions, structured pricing floors, or regional brand distribution policies, as Garage Rebel strictly adheres to all authorized brand distribution pricing mandates.

Garage Rebel may also limit price match quantities to one item per customer, household, or order.

Policy Updates

Garage Rebel may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue this Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice.

The policy in effect at the time of your request will apply.
