Sonoma Ceramic Finishing Coating Spray - 9H

I’ve used several of the consumer type ceramic and sio2 products. This seems to be comparable to them with easy application and hydrophobic results with a good shine.For best results, wash, clay then apply this. Application and removal as per instructions. Both were easy yo do with no extra force needed to buff off. Results are a nice shine and a slick paint surface that water runs off of.I’m not sure of the longevity of the protection yet but the product does work.

I’m amazed on how well this product worked I’ve used other products similar to this and this is by far better I used it on my old Toyota two sprays and a quick wipe off to dry and wow I could notice the shine and how clean it left it and my paint is not the best. Overall super happy with the product.

I have white wheels on my car so keeping the wheels clean has been the biggest pain. Also, my brembo pads produce tons of brake dusts makes it worse. Those brake dusts likes to stick to my wheel spokes and made my wheels looks dirty after couple of days.Glad i found this product because it really helps to reduce the amount of brake dusts. Ever since, i got this, i've been applying it on my wheels every other week after car wash. I wipe my rims to make sure they're completely clean and applies this coating. I like the layer of smoothness added to the wheel to prevent huge amount of brake dust build up overtime. Also, the best part is that it makes the wheel cleaning much much easier. Very noticeable because i have white wheels. It also help protect my wheels clear coating and keeps them shiny as well. Works great for both the car and wheels. Definitely a great product if you want your car to look clean and shiny.

It appears to me once you hit a certain price point on cleaners they all seem to work equally well. This is no exception. It works good but doesn't stand out as anything special that any other product at this price.

Goes on really easily and buffs off pretty easily too. Left the car feeling super smooth to the touch and very glossy with a great mirror finish. Nice product

So the prep to get ready for this spray was the most difficult part of this process. Once washed and clayed, I was ready to spray. I only did my hood yesterday. The images are of this morning with the dew on the hood. I just had wiped my fingers across the surface and it beaded right up. This spray is just so easy I was convinced I wasn’t doing it right. But I sprayed it on and I know there were areas I didn’t buff off after 2 min wait per instructions and I could not tell any difference. This stuff wipes on and near immediately shines like a coat of wax without the work out. I did a quick buff but honestly I couldn’t tell where I buffed and where I did not. Finish is slick as a new car surface. Can’t wait to do my Harley now! Like previous reviewer stated, I barely used any of this bottle so far, granted I only did my hood but I can’t tell that I used any. I may re-coat just for kicks. I’m sure this will not last like a proper coating of ceramic but it’s the easiest way to get the look and feel even if you re-coat after each wash. It’s really as easy as spray on, wipe on and buff if you wish, but I don’t see the point since it shines after drying.

I love this ceramic coating spray! Makes my car so much easier to clean and keeps the paint looking great.

I'm a "hardcore hobbyist" detailer, I guess. I'm not a professional, but I have to street park two cars I care about, so I wash them regularly, steal best practices / product suggestions from pro detailers, and am always looking for a better product to use.With no reviews, I didn't have the highest hopes for this spray, but I thought I'd give it a chance when I had the opportunity to review it via the Vine program. I am VERY glad I did.Blew. Me. Away.As of this writing, the only unknown is how long it will last. If it lasts even a month -- and it claims a year, so I expect a month is pretty certain -- it's my new favorite seal/coating. So much so that I may buy another bottle just to have it on the shelf, and will definitely see what else this brand sells.It's so quick and easy to apply, without any streaking frustration or particularly finicky timing needs, that it would be no sweat to add it every couple washes, but I don't expect to need to.Unlike lighter sprays, it suggests using an applicator, and that is the way to go -- made it almost TOO easy. I used a Meguiar's pad (also available on Amazon), and was able to coat a panel with only 2-3 spray pumps. This stuff goes on almost like a gel, and buffs back off with a microfiber towel easily after a minute or two. No more buffing even needed. Looks fantastic! No streaking, no quick-flash-off stress, no "buff it fast or it's a fight!", no stress about overspray on trim or glass, etc. No trouble at all. Almost too good to be true.After washing, claying, and polishing, I grabbed this spray and thought "well, if it doesn't work, I'll put a coat or two of wax on, and top it a popular spray topper next time I wash"... no need. The shine this spray left was way, way better than I could have expected.Way too easy. Looks way too good. Yes, I'm RAVING about this stuff. After many, many disappointments, and a few "good enough I guess" products over the years, I can't get over how easily this worked, and how well.Genuinely surprised -- I really wasn't expecting much. Compared to known popular products like Seal n Shine or Griot's, it's vastly easier to use, leaves a thicker, glossier coat, and looks phenomenal.We'll see if it rinses off in the next rain / morning condensation, but even then. It's so easy, I might just add a coat every week or two.Bonus: It really doesn't take much. I thought I was going through a lot of it, spraying directly on my applicator 2-3 times every panel or so at least, thinking I was putting it on heavily... and it barely made a dent in the bottle. Between using the applicator and the great consistency of it, a little goes a lonnnng way. It may seem spendy when you look at the price, but I did a mid-size SUV with a generous coat, and could probably still do 10 more of them. At least.I just applied it today, but I was so excited to leave a review that I didn't want to wait to see how durable it is. I'll keep an eye out, and report back if there's anything particularly striking, but if this lasts even a month or so, and does even a passable job of keeping the car easy to clean in the constant onslaught of birds and trees and bees that living on the street faces, it's going to replace every other wax/finish I have, and I have a pretty large pile of them on the shelf.I'd be curious to try it "off label" with different techniques, like using it as a drying aid, or putting it on THICK and letting it flash off completely to a haze and polishing it back, but I stuck with the label's instructions for the first use... following those instructions is easy, and while your mileage may vary, resulted in a genuinely outstanding, unusually good result. Used after washing and clay barring my bike. Application was fairly simple, left a deep shine. Will see how it weather’s in the south East Texas heat.
