Usage Warnings & Material Safety Data Sheet:
Located in FAQ (Product Resource). May be harmful if swallowed. May be harmful in contact with skin. Causes serious eye irritation. Wear protective gloves/eye protection/face protection. Wash thoroughly after handling. IF SWALLOWED: Call a POISON CONTROL CENTER or doctor/physician if you feel unwell. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists get medical advice/attention.

FAST PROCESSING
Orders placed Monday–Friday typically ship in 2-5 business days (excludes weekends/holidays. Once fulfillment, your order moves to carrier pickup + tracking (and freight scheduling when applicable).

QUICK DELIVERY
Transit Time (after shipment) is typically 3–12 business days (varies by location/carrier).
Shipping method depends on the item:

• Not included: inside delivery, stairs, placement, uncrating, assembly/installation, debris removal.
• Extra fees may apply (when applicable): liftgate, residential delivery, limited access, remote/extended areas, appointment delivery.
• Missed delivery/access issues: redelivery/storage fees may be charged by the carrier.

ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive tracking via email when shipped (tracking # for parcel / PRO # for freight). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation/pickup. After pickup, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.

Freight: the terminal/carrier typically contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Inspect BEFORE accepting delivery.

If anything looks damaged/missing:

• Take photos/video immediately (packaging + labels + product).
• Freight/LTL: write notes on the delivery receipt/BOL BEFORE signing (example: “pallet crushed, box torn, dented frame, possible concealed damage”).
• If damage is major: refuse delivery and contact us right away.

Important: If you sign without noting damage, it may limit or void the ability to file a freight damage claim.

As an authorized dealer of Wash & Whips, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED)

• Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
• Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

Include in your email:

• Order number
• Item name/model (and SKU/serial if applicable)
• Reason for return
• Photos/video (if applicable)

RETURN WINDOW & CONDITIONS
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase (if approved).

Items must be:

• Uninstalled / unused
• In like-new condition
• In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
• Serial numbers must match (when applicable)
• Additional fees may apply if an item is opened, incomplete, damaged, or missing packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it's due to a defective product, shipping delay and/or damaged package.For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect item ordered), return shipping costs and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
• Outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (even if “free shipping” was offered).
• 3% merchant processing fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., credit card, PayPal). These fees are incurred at the time of purchase and cannot be recovered once the transaction is processed.
• Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / CREDIT

• Requests after 30 days
• Used, installed, or improperly packaged items
• Damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, or environmental exposure
• Items missing parts/accessories/manuals or altered/defaced items
• Items without proof of purchase
• Products that have been installed.
• Products that are custom-configured or branded to your specifications are not eligible for return.

CANCELLATIONS

• Orders that have not shipped may be canceled with a 5% cancellation fee (payment processing cost).
• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, it must follow the return policy.

How to Use the SEAL Exterior Protection Kit
Sonoma Ceramic Coating – Long-Lasting Exterior Protection
What it Does: Creates a hydrophobic, protective layer on your car’s paint to enhance gloss, repel water, and guard against UV and contaminants.

How to Use:
• Wash and dry the vehicle thoroughly before applying.
• Shake bottle well. Apply a few drops to an applicator pad.
• Work in 2x2 ft sections, wiping onto the surface in straight lines.
• Let the product sit for 30–60 seconds, then gently buff off with a microfiber towel.
• Avoid applying in direct sunlight or on hot surfaces. Allow 12–24 hours for full curing.

Daytona Tire Coating – Deep Black Tire Shine
What it Does: Restores and protects tire sidewalls with a satin or glossy finish. Helps repel dirt, water, and UV fading.

How to Use:
• Clean tires before applying for best adhesion.
• Shake bottle. Spray directly onto a tire applicator or foam sponge.
• Apply evenly across the tire sidewall.
• Let sit for a few minutes to absorb. For extra shine, apply a second coat.
• Do not use on tire treads.

Suzuka Rubber & Plastic Coating – Trim Restorer & Conditioner
What it Does: Revives faded plastics and rubber trims, while providing a layer of UV protection.

How to Use:
• Clean the surface first with a plastic-safe cleaner.
• Shake bottle. Apply a small amount to a microfiber applicator.
• Wipe evenly across rubber or plastic parts such as trim, moldings, bumpers, and seals.
• Let sit for a few minutes, then buff off any excess.
• Avoid contact with paint or glass—wipe off immediately if needed.

Is the ceramic coating safe for all paint types?
Yes, Sonoma Ceramic Coating is safe for all glossy factory-painted finishes. Avoid using on matte finishes or vinyl wraps unless specified by the manufacturer.

Can I apply the ceramic coating in direct sunlight?
No. Always apply in a shaded, cool area. Applying in direct sunlight or on a hot surface can cause streaking, high spots, and poor bonding.

How long does the ceramic coating need to cure?
Allow at least 12–24 hours of dry time after application. Avoid water contact or washing during this period to ensure proper curing and bonding.

Will the tire shine sling onto my paint while driving?
If applied too heavily or not allowed to absorb properly, Daytona Tire Coating may sling. For best results, apply evenly and allow it to dry completely before driving.

Can I use the plastic & rubber coating on painted surfaces? Suzuka Rubber & Plastic Coating is designed for trim and rubber parts only. Avoid applying to paint or glass—wipe off immediately if contact occurs.

Do I need to prep the surface before applying any of these products?
Yes. Clean and dry all surfaces thoroughly. Ceramic coating works best on freshly washed paint. Tires and trim should be clean and free of oils or old dressings.

What if I see streaks or haze after applying the ceramic coating? Streaks or haze usually mean the coating wasn't buffed off completely or was applied too thick. Reapply a small amount to reactivate the area and buff thoroughly with a clean towel.
