Returns & Refunds

As an authorized Versa Lift dealer, we uphold their official policy. Please read carefully—return shipping is your responsibility, and the refund you receive will be net of original delivery shipping plus a 20% restocking fee.

• Return Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
  

• Eligible Condition: The unit must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  

• Restocking Fee: 20%
  

• Shipping Costs: You’re responsible for both outbound and return shipping. Typical estimates:

  • Model 24: ~$375–$425 each way

  • Model 32: ~$450–$500 each way
    

• Swaps for Mis-measurement: If you accidentally ordered the wrong model (e.g., Model 32 instead of Model 24), contact us as the return shipping fee for the correct model (Model 24) may be waived. 
  

• Return Restrictions:

  • Opened boxes are not accepted.

  • You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and provide photos of the unopened boxes. Please email returns@garagerebel.com 

  • Required to insure your return, and remove any existing shipping labels—UPS otherwise may return the box to you and charge again.
    

• Refunds: After inspection, refunds are processed minus shipping, restocking fees, and any damages.

The Model 32 offers 35 cubic feet of storage space and can lift up to 250 lb (113 kg) per load. The platform measures 28.75″ (W) × 56″ (L).

2. What floor-to-floor height options are available?
You can choose based on your floor-to-floor height—Model 32 covers 8–11 ft, while higher variants (H, HX, HXX) handle up to 20 ft.

3. What type of controller options come with it?
You have multiple control options:

The unit ships in three boxes and weighs roughly 168–175 lb.

9. What differentiates Model 32 from Model 24?
Model 32 offers a larger 35 cu ft platform and higher 250 lb capacity, but requires a larger framed opening and may need additional framing. Model 24 is smaller, with 15.3 cu ft capacity and 200 lb limit, and fits standard 24″ on-center joists without modification.
