You’ll never need to search for that half-inch socket wrench because it has a place in a Dyco Truck Toolbox. The Dyco Truck Toolbox can be an underbody box with drawers or mount on top of the bed. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Fast Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1 PM PT typically ship between 1-3 day, excluding holidays, weekends or any unforeseen event.

Note: Once the order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Methods
Freight Shipping: For large products that are too big to ship via UPS Ground or USPS, such as toolboxes, workbenches and cabinets, we use a freight carrier. Freight shipping is charged at a flat rate based on the delivery state location. 

Liftgate Delivery Service is an additional $95

Freight orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

If "Signature Required" is selected on your shipping method and you miss your delivery window, Garage Rebel is not responsible for additional shipping charges that you may incurr.

REFUND & RETURNS

As an authorized dealer of Dyco, we uphold their official policy. Please read carefully—return shipping is your responsibility, and the refund you receive will be net of original

You may return your Dyco workbench within 30 days of delivery if it's in new, sellable condition and in original packaging.

To qualify for a return, all products require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) prior to being returned. Returns are customer-paid, must be insured, and are subject to an 18% restocking fee. Refunds exclude original shipping charges. Returns shipped C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery) will not be accepted. 

The items must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by Dyco. All packing materials, accessories, and documentation must be included. Kits and other items assembled after purchase must be unassembled and returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. Any products that have been modified and/or customized per the customer's specification will not be returnable.

All returns after the order has shipped will be inspected prior to refund. Items returned without an RMA number will be denied and returned to the sender.

WARRANTY

As an authorized Dyco dealer, we uphold their official policy. Garage Rebel does not provide any additional warranties.

Dyco workbenches and toolboxes are backed by a 1-year warranty against As an authorized PolarCool dealer, we uphold their official policy. Garage Rebel does not provide any additional warranties.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, chemical spills, or customer-inflicted damage.

Yes! Dyco offers a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing and workmanship defects. Cosmetic issues, wear and tear, or customer-caused damage are not covered. 

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days, depending on availability and order volume. You’ll receive tracking information once your toolbox is on its way.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order anytime before it ships. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and would need to be processed as a return.
