Returns & Refunds
As an authorized E-Z Garage Storage dealer, we uphold their official policy. Please read carefully—return shipping is your responsibility, and the refund you receive will be net of original delivery shipping plus a 10% restocking fee.
Request Authorization
Email returns@garagerebel.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
Arrange & Pay for Return Shipping
You must pre-pay your return shipment. Choose a trackable, insured carrier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL) and package the item securely. Prepaid labels are not provided — your original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Once your RMA is approved, we’ll send you the exact return address and any special packaging instructions.
Ship freight‐insured and obtain a tracking number—you’ll need this if anything goes missing in transit. Garage Rebel will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Inspection & Refund
To be eligable for a refund, items must be in original packaging and new conditions with all hardware, manuals, warranties, registration cards, and packaging intact.
After inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method for the purchase price, minus: The actual shipping cost of your original delivery and a 10% restocking fee

Unauthorized or Non-Compliant Returns
Returns sent without RMA approval—or that arrive damaged, incomplete, or not in resalable condition—will be refused and shipped back to you freight-collect.
