Missed delivery / access issues:

• If delivery can’t be completed due to access limits, missed appointments, or inability to unload, you may be responsible for redelivery/storage fees charged by the carrier.

Order Tracking

• You’ll receive a tracking PRO # once your order ships.
• Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after pickup/label creation.
• After the shipment leaves the warehouse, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.
• When it arrives at the local terminal, the carrier typically contacts you to schedule delivery.

If you see damage or missing items:

1. Take photos/video immediately (packaging + labels + product).
2. Write damage notes on the receipt BEFORE signing

• Example: “pallet crushed, box torn, dented frame, possible concealed damage.”

1. If damage is major, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Important: If you sign without noting damage, it may limit or void the ability to file a freight damage claim.

Concealed damage

• Report within 48 hours of delivery.
• Keep all packaging for inspection.

As an authorized dealer of Nature’s Generator, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED)

• Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
• Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

Include in your email:

• Order number
• Item name/model (and SKU/serial if applicable)
• Reason for return
• Photos/video (if applicable)

RETURN WINDOW & CONDITIONS
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase (if approved).

Items must be:

• Uninstalled / unused
• In like-new condition
• In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
• Serial numbers must match (when applicable)
• Additional fees may apply if an item is opened, incomplete, damaged, or missing packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it's due to a defective product, shipping delay and/or damaged package.For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect item ordered), return shipping costs and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
• Outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (even if “free shipping” was offered).
• A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns not related to defect/warranty (including refused shipments).
• 3% merchant processing fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., credit card, PayPal). These fees are incurred at the time of purchase and cannot be recovered once the transaction is processed.
• Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / CREDIT

• Requests after 30 days
• Used, installed, or improperly packaged items
• Damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, or environmental exposure
• Items missing parts/accessories/manuals or altered/defaced items
• Items without proof of purchase
• Products that have been installed.

CANCELLATIONS

• Orders that have not shipped may be canceled with a 5% cancellation fee (payment processing cost).
• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, it must follow the return policy.

What is the Lithium 6000 Power Pod?
The Lithium 6000 Power Pod is a high-capacity 3840 Wh LiFePO₄ battery expansion that connects to your main Lithium 6000 power station to significantly increase your total energy storage and backup runtime.

Can the Power Pod be used on its own?
No, the Power Pod is designed to work only when connected to a Lithium 6000 power station. It does not operate as a standalone power station.

Does adding Power Pods change output power?
No, Power Pods only increase battery storage capacity. All AC and DC output functions (including 120 V/240 V power) remain controlled by the Lithium 6000 main unit.

What kinds of devices can this help power longer?
When connected to a Lithium 6000, the Power Pod helps extend runtime for essentials like refrigerators, lights, phones, and other appliances, depending on your configuration and load.
