Turbo Function

Why does it say 14,000 BTU and also 10,000 BTU (SACC)?
14,000 BTU (ASHRAE) is the traditional rating, while 10,000 BTU (SACC / DOE) is the newer standardized rating that reflects more “real-world” performance. This model lists 14,000 BTU ASHRAE and 10,000 BTU SACC.

As an authorized dealer of Turbro, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED)

Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.
