ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive tracking via email when shipped (tracking # for parcel / PRO # for freight). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation/pickup. After pickup, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.

Freight: the terminal/carrier typically contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment.

If anything looks damaged/missing:

• Take photos/video immediately (packaging + labels + product).
• Freight/LTL: write notes on the delivery receipt/BOL BEFORE signing (example: “pallet crushed, box torn, dented frame, possible concealed damage”).
• If damage is major: refuse delivery and contact us right away.

Important: If you sign without noting damage, it may limit or void the ability to file a freight damage claim.

As an authorized dealer of Turbro, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED)

• Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
• Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

• Reason for return

• In like-new condition
• In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Does it heat too? How cold can it run in heating mode?
Yes—this is a heat pump system. It can operate down to 5°F for heating and up to 118°F for cooling.

Is it WiFi / smart-home compatible?
Yes. It supports WiFi control, plus remote control and voice control (Alexa & Google).

Is the unit pre-charged with refrigerant?
Yes. The outdoor unit is pre-charged with R32 to match the provided 13.1 ft line set.

Do I still need to vacuum the lines during installation?
Yes. Vacuuming is required for each line set before operation.

Does it include a line set? What length?
Suitable for the provided 13.1 ft line set, with 25 ft and 50 ft options available separately.

What if I need a longer line set?
