Our Extreme Sim racing Chassis 3.0 is exactly the same chassis that equips the products VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE 3.0 and P1 3.0 and due to the demand of many customers we decided to sell the chassis without the seat, so you can choose the type of seat you want or even enjoy one you already have.

The chassis comes complete with accessories including TV Stand with back tray to place your computer or console, an incredible trinket holder to support your cell phone, wallet, joysticks and remote controls in addition to an additional Gear Shifter mount and mouse tray and also the articulated Keyboard Tray, all with comfort and organization in mind for our clients.

This cockpit features construction that has been manufactured with extreme precision for a very stable sim racing experience. With our No-Flex Technology, this cockpit will take the abuse from hard racing. 

Integrated TV stand with back tray (for PC or Console):
- Accommodates screen sizes up to 55" widescreen (recommended 40 - 50");
- New tubular design for solid and safe structure; 
- Back tray for PC/Console 17 x 10,4 inches;
- TV Stand's brackets with VESA pattern from 75 to 300 mm (distance between holes); 
- This kit includes 4 units of Allen M6 x L16 screws, used for the bracket fitting on the back of your screen;
- In case your screen has some different screw size (you'll be able to check it on your screen's user's manual), these must be purchased separately by the user.

FAST PROCESSING
Orders placed Monday–Friday typically ship in 2-5 business days (excludes weekends/holidays. Once fulfillment, your order moves to carrier pickup + tracking (and freight scheduling when applicable).

QUICK DELIVERY
Transit Time (after shipment) is typically 3–12 business days (varies by location/carrier).
Shipping method depends on the item:

  • Not included: inside delivery, stairs, placement, uncrating, assembly/installation, debris removal.
  • Extra fees may apply (when applicable): liftgate, residential delivery, limited access, remote/extended areas, appointment delivery.
  • Missed delivery/access issues: redelivery/storage fees may be charged by the carrier.

ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive tracking via email when shipped (tracking # for parcel / PRO # for freight). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation/pickup. After pickup, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.

Freight: the terminal/carrier typically contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Inspect BEFORE accepting delivery.

If anything looks damaged/missing:

  • Take photos/video immediately (packaging + labels + product).
  • Freight/LTL: write notes on the delivery receipt/BOL BEFORE signing (example: “pallet crushed, box torn, dented frame, possible concealed damage”).
  • If damage is major: refuse delivery and contact us right away.

Important: If you sign without noting damage, it may limit or void the ability to file a freight damage claim.

RETURN & REFUND

As an authorized dealer of Extreme Sim Racing, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED)

  • Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
  • Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

Include in your email:

  • Order number
  • Item name/model (and SKU/serial if applicable)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/video (if applicable)

RETURN WINDOW & CONDITIONS
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase (if approved).

Items must be:

  • Uninstalled / unused
  • In like-new condition
  • In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
  • Serial numbers must match (when applicable)
  • Additional fees may apply if an item is opened, incomplete, damaged, or missing packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it's due to a defective product, shipping delay and/or damaged package.For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect item ordered), return shipping costs and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • Outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (even if “free shipping” was offered).
  • A $5 or 15% restocking fee (whichever is greater) applies to all returns.
  • 3% merchant processing fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., credit card, PayPal). These fees are incurred at the time of purchase and cannot be recovered once the transaction is processed.
  • Do not write or put labels on the actual item box, pack the item in a brown box to send it back in and place your labels there.
  • If upon inspection the item is found not to qualify for a refund, the item may be returned to you at your expense, otherwise the items shall be discarded. We will contact you if this is the case.
  • Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / CREDIT

  • Requests after 14 days
  • Used, installed, or improperly packaged items
  • Damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, or environmental exposure
  • Items missing parts/accessories/manuals or altered/defaced items
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Products that have been installed.
  • Products that are custom-configured or branded to your specifications are not eligible for return.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders that have not shipped may be canceled with a 5% cancellation fee (payment processing cost).
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, it must follow the return policy.

Contact us about the part you need exchanged. We will personally handle these issues. We will be more than happy to exchange it for you as fast as possible. We will cover all shipping charges in this situation to make it right. Please double check to make sure you received the correct item before installation. Q: Do you offer installment payments?
A: Yes. Garage Rebel offers installment payment options through Shop Pay on eligible orders. If available, you’ll see the option to pay in installments at checkout. Approval, payment terms, and availability are managed by Shop Pay and may vary based on your order and eligibility.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process and route orders rapidly to keep things moving. To request a change or cancellation, you must contact us in writing at support@garagerebel.com within 2 hours of placing your order and prior to fulfillment. Because we route orders rapidly, any cancellation request approved after an order has entered warehouse processing or supplier log staging may be subject to an administrative processing fee of up to 10%.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Delivery time depends on the item and how it ships:

  • Small Parcel (UPS/FedEx/USPS): typically 3–12 business days after shipment (varies by location).
  • Freight/LTL (pallet delivery): typically 5–15 business days after shipment, plus time for delivery appointment scheduling. Some items have brand-specific lead times listed on the product page.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: We offer free shipping on select products and orders within the contiguous United States. Oversized items, heavy freight shipments, remote delivery zip codes, or optional delivery accessorial services (like liftgates) may incur additional charges. We do not currently ship internationally.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive tracking or PRO information via email. Please note that heavy freight shipments typically show fewer mid-transit tracking scans than standard small parcel boxes; this is entirely normal.

Freight & Large Item Delivery

Q: How does freight delivery work for larger heavy items?
A: Freight deliveries are strictly curbside delivery and require a scheduled delivery window. The carrier will call or text you to book an appointment. Please ensure:

  • An adult (18+) is present to receive the freight.
  • A physical signature is provided on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL).
  • You have planned logistics for moving/uncrating the product into your garage, as drivers do not bring items inside.

Q: Can the driver bring it inside or assemble it?
A: No. Inside delivery, structural placement, stairs, uncrating, and assembly/installation are not included unless clearly offered and paid for as a custom service line at checkout. If a driver agrees to perform extra labor at delivery, the carrier may bill you directly for unauthorized accessorial fees.

Q: What should I do when my freight order arrives?
A: Before signing the delivery receipt, you must thoroughly inspect the packaging, pallet, labels, and visible product condition. If you notice structural damage, crushed boxes, or missing items, **you must note it clearly on the delivery receipt or BOL before signing.** Taking photos at delivery is strongly recommended to protect subsequent carrier claims. 

Damage, Returns & Exchanges

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

  1. Take clear photos immediately (packaging + labels + product).
  2. Note the damage on the delivery receipt/BOL before signing (example: “Box crushed, corner damage, possible concealed damage”).

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be completely unused, unaltered, in their original packaging, and accompanied by an approved RMA. Certain specialized or custom-made items are designated as final sale, as disclosed on their individual product pages.

Q: Are returns free?
A: No. Return shipping costs and tiered restocking fees apply depending on the product brand and return reason. Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable; if an item was purchased under a "Free Shipping" promotion, the actual freight cost incurred by Garage Rebel will be deducted from your final refund.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email returns@garagerebel.com with your order number and the specific items you want to return. If eligible, our team will issue an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with designated warehouse routing instructions.
