PolarCool 90-Gallon Water Cart, used with any PolarCool fan, provides enough extra water for a full day of operation. The design uses gravity to supply your PolarCool fan  as water evaporates throughout the day. The addition of quick connects on the fill hose and your PolarCool fan makes for quick and  easy detachment if refilling the cart requires moving it to a fill station.

Where do I find the part number to my Polarcool?
• Stainless and powder coated units the part number is located on the label placed directly below the control panel.
• On an older model the label may be located under the hinged lid, behind the pads, and over the spray bar.
• On the “Plastic” model it is located on the right hand side on the back of the unit.

What are the actual weights and dimensions of the unit itself?

What is the difference in PolarCool fans and regular fans or an air conditioner?
The PolarCool, which uses Evaporative Cooling provides spot and area cooling where it is needed. Evaporative cooling is a tested and efficient way to reduce air temperature by drawing incoming air across a wet surface. Evaporative cooling only requires two factors to be effective; water and moving air. When the warm air is moved across the wet surface some of the water evaporates. This causes the air coming out of the PolarCool to be cool. A regular fan and air conditioners use a lot of power to drive compressors and are not normally mobile.

Can I put my PolarCool in my office or work place?
PolarCool fans can be used anywhere that has a good flow of fresh air. PolarCool fans require flow larger than that of cracking a window in an office. The best place for PolarCool fans to be used is in a well ventilated area with a large air flow such as: a garage, workshop, greenhouse, automotive service areas and Body shops. PolarCool fans can also be used outdoors at sporting events or fitness areas.

I Ran My Evaporative Cooler For The First Time and There is an Unpleasant Odor.
When new, it is possible that a small amount of aromatic molecules may evaporate along with the water molecules, which could be detected as a slight smell. This scent lessens in time. PolarCool products does not, in any way, allow harmful chemicals to be evaporated into the air. Refresh Tablets are offered and can help with this problem.

What Assembly is Required?
None. Most PolarCool portable evaporative coolers are ready to use right out of the box. The 18” PolarCool unit does require the casters to be installed. All units has a piece of tape holding the float valve in a safe position for shipping that will need to be removed prior to operation. 

What Is The Amount Of Moisture Produced?
An increase in humidity of approximately 2% to 5% is produced, depending on the temperature and humidity of the environment. This increase is not noticeable in a ventilated area where the air produced by the cooler is exhausted.

How Do I Prepare My PolarCool Evaporative Cooler For Storage?
Drain the unit, dry out the evaporative media, cover the evaporative cooler and store in a dry place. We also suggest storing it in one of PolarCool Covers for storage.

Orders placed Monday–Friday typically ship in 2-5 business days (excludes weekends/holidays. Once fulfillment, your order moves to carrier pickup + tracking (and freight scheduling when applicable).

QUICK DELIVERY
Transit Time (after shipment) is typically 3–12 business days (varies by location/carrier).
Shipping method depends on the item:

  • Not included: inside delivery, stairs, placement, uncrating, assembly/installation, debris removal.
  • Extra fees may apply (when applicable): liftgate, residential delivery, limited access, remote/extended areas, appointment delivery.
  • Missed delivery/access issues: redelivery/storage fees may be charged by the carrier.

ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive tracking via email when shipped (tracking # for parcel / PRO # for freight). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation/pickup. After pickup, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.

Freight: the terminal/carrier typically contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment.

If anything looks damaged/missing:

  • Take photos/video immediately (packaging + labels + product).

RETURN & REFUND

As an authorized dealer of PolarCool, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED):

  • Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
  • Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

Include in your email:

  • Order number
  • Item name/model (and SKU/serial if applicable)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/video (if applicable)

RETURN WINDOW & CONDITIONS:
Returns may be accepted within 30 calendar days of purchase (if approved).

Items must be:

  • Uninstalled / unused
  • In like-new condition
  • In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
  • Serial numbers must match (when applicable)
  • Additional fees may apply if an item is opened, incomplete, damaged, or missing packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it's due to a defective product, and/or damaged. For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect item ordered), return shipping costs and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • Product crating is substantial and necessary to ship the units across the U.S. without damage. It is required that if opened the crating should be reconstructed to its original form.
  • If the unit returns damaged the return may be refused. Standard returns will be assigned an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number and an address to send the part to the factory for review (RGA Number must be printed in large lettering on package).
  • Return shipping fees range depending on the weight of the product, and the location from where the return is being sent from.
  • Ship freight‐insured and obtain a tracking number—you’ll need this if anything goes missing in transit.
  • 35% restocking fee applies to all returns and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (unless it's due to a defective product, and/or damaged).
  • 3% merchant processing fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., credit card, PayPal). These fees are incurred at the time of purchase and cannot be recovered once the transaction is processed.
  • If upon inspection the item is found not to qualify for a refund, the item may be returned to you at your expense, otherwise the items shall be discarded. We will contact you if this is the case.
  • Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund to the original form of payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Delivery time depends on the item and how it ships:

  • Small Parcel (UPS/FedEx/USPS): typically 3–12 business days after shipment (varies by location).
  • Freight/LTL (pallet delivery): typically 5–15 business days after shipment, plus time for delivery appointment scheduling. Some items have brand-specific lead times listed on the product page.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: We offer free shipping on select products and orders within the contiguous United States. Oversized items, heavy freight shipments, remote delivery zip codes, or optional delivery accessorial services (like liftgates) may incur additional charges. We do not currently ship internationally.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive tracking or PRO information via email. Please note that heavy freight shipments typically show fewer mid-transit tracking scans than standard small parcel boxes; this is entirely normal.

Freight & Large Item Delivery

Q: How does freight delivery work for larger heavy items?
A: Freight deliveries are strictly curbside delivery and require a scheduled delivery window. The carrier will call or text you to book an appointment. Please ensure:

  • An adult (18+) is present to receive the freight.
  • A physical signature is provided on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL).
  • You have planned logistics for moving/uncrating the product into your garage, as drivers do not bring items inside.

Q: Can the driver bring it inside or assemble it?
A: No. Inside delivery, structural placement, stairs, uncrating, and assembly/installation are not included unless clearly offered and paid for as a custom service line at checkout. If a driver agrees to perform extra labor at delivery, the carrier may bill you directly for unauthorized accessorial fees.

Q: What should I do when my freight order arrives?
A: Before signing the delivery receipt, you must thoroughly inspect the packaging, pallet, labels, and visible product condition. If you notice structural damage, crushed boxes, or missing items, **you must note it clearly on the delivery receipt or BOL before signing.** Taking photos at delivery is strongly recommended to protect subsequent carrier claims. 

Damage, Returns & Exchanges

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: If there is visible or suspected transit damage at delivery:

  1. Take clear photos immediately (packaging + labels + product).
  2. Note the damage on the delivery receipt/BOL before signing (example: “Box crushed, corner damage, possible concealed damage”).
  3. Email support@garagerebel.com with your order number and photos within 3 business days. Carrier claim windows are incredibly strict, so please review our Shipping Policy for full compliance rules.
Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be completely unused, unaltered, in their original packaging, and accompanied by an approved RMA. Certain specialized or custom-made items are designated as final sale, as disclosed on their individual product pages.

Q: Are returns free?
A: No. Return shipping costs and tiered restocking fees apply depending on the product brand and return reason. Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable; if an item was purchased under a "Free Shipping" promotion, the actual freight cost incurred by Garage Rebel will be deducted from your final refund.

Q: How do I start a return?
