FAQ

Do I need to buy a battery pack myself?
Our package includes a rechargeable battery pack along with a power supply charger. Recommended to buy an extra battery packs for backup.

Does this fan only operate on battery power, or can it also be connected to an electrical outlet?
This fan can also be powered by electricity. But we do not recommend using the misting function when plugged in for safety reasons. Please refer to the user manual for detailed instructions.

Is this fan resistant to water?
Yes, this fan boasts IPX4 water resistance. Please ensure that the power supply jack waterproof cover, battery cover, and USB waterproof silicone cover are completely closed to prevent water from contacting the battery or entering the battery port.

How can I adjust the spray if it is not a mist?
First check if the misting nozzles are loose. If not, please unscrew the nozzles and disassemble them to see if there are any missing parts. You can see all the parts of the nozzles in the user manual.

Transit Time (after shipment) is typically 3–12 business days (varies by location/carrier).
Shipping method depends on the item:

  • Not included: inside delivery, stairs, placement, uncrating, assembly/installation, debris removal.
  • Extra fees may apply (when applicable): liftgate, residential delivery, limited access, remote/extended areas, appointment delivery.
  • Missed delivery/access issues: redelivery/storage fees may be charged by the carrier.

ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive tracking via email when shipped (tracking # for parcel / PRO # for freight). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation/pickup. After pickup, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.

Freight: the terminal/carrier typically contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment.

As an authorized dealer of Turbro, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED)

  • Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
  • Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

  • Freight/LTL (pallet delivery): typically 5–15 business days after shipment, plus time for delivery appointment scheduling. Some items have brand-specific lead times listed on the product page.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: We offer free shipping on select products and orders within the contiguous United States. Oversized items, heavy freight shipments, remote delivery zip codes, or optional delivery accessorial services (like liftgates) may incur additional charges. We do not currently ship internationally.

Freight & Large Item Delivery

Q: How does freight delivery work for larger heavy items?
A: Freight deliveries are strictly curbside delivery and require a scheduled delivery window. The carrier will call or text you to book an appointment. Please ensure:

  • An adult (18+) is present to receive the freight.
  • A physical signature is provided on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL).
  • You have planned logistics for moving/uncrating the product into your garage, as drivers do not bring items inside.

Q: Can the driver bring it inside or assemble it?
A: No. Inside delivery, structural placement, stairs, uncrating, and assembly/installation are not included unless clearly offered and paid for as a custom service line at checkout. If a driver agrees to perform extra labor at delivery, the carrier may bill you directly for unauthorized accessorial fees.

Q: What should I do when my freight order arrives?
