2. What’s the difference between the Indoor and Outdoor CarCapsule™?

●      Indoor CarCapsule™: Best for garages or indoor spaces. Protects from dust, moisture, and scratches.

●      Outdoor CarCapsule™: Designed with UV-resistant and weatherproof materials for full outdoor protection from rain, snow, wind, and sun.

⚠️ Using an indoor model outdoors will void the warranty.

3. How easy is setup?
Very easy. Simply unroll the capsule, plug it in, and it inflates within minutes. No tools are required.

4. How does it protect my vehicle?
A built-in high-pressure fan and replaceable air filters keep air circulating inside, preventing moisture buildup, mold, mildew, and corrosion.

5. What sizes are available?

RETURN & REFUND

As an authorized dealer of CarCapsule, we uphold their official policy. Please read carefully—return shipping is your responsibility, and the refund you receive will be net of original delivery shipping plus a restocking fee.

Request Authorization

Email returns@garagerebel.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.

To qualify for a return, all products require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) prior to being returned. The items must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by CarCapsule. All packing materials, accessories, and documentation must be included. Kits and other items assembled after purchase must be unassembled and returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. Any products that have been modified and/or customized per the customer's specification will not be returnable. All cancellations and returns after the order has shipped will be inspected and subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs. Items returned without an RMA number will be denied and returned to the sender.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Delivery time depends on the item and how it ships:

  • Small Parcel (UPS/FedEx/USPS): typically 3–12 business days after shipment (varies by location).
  • Freight/LTL (pallet delivery): typically 5–15 business days after shipment, plus time for delivery appointment scheduling. Some items have brand-specific lead times listed on the product page.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: We offer free shipping on select products and orders within the contiguous United States. Oversized items, heavy freight shipments, remote delivery zip codes, or optional delivery accessorial services (like liftgates) may incur additional charges. We do not currently ship internationally.

A: Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive tracking or PRO information via email. Please note that heavy freight shipments typically show fewer mid-transit tracking scans than standard small parcel boxes; this is entirely normal.

Freight & Large Item Delivery

Q: How does freight delivery work for larger heavy items?
A: Freight deliveries are strictly curbside delivery and require a scheduled delivery window. The carrier will call or text you to book an appointment. Please ensure:

  • An adult (18+) is present to receive the freight.
  • A physical signature is provided on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL).
  • You have planned logistics for moving/uncrating the product into your garage, as drivers do not bring items inside.

Q: Can the driver bring it inside or assemble it?
A: No. Inside delivery, structural placement, stairs, uncrating, and assembly/installation are not included unless clearly offered and paid for as a custom service line at checkout. If a driver agrees to perform extra labor at delivery, the carrier may bill you directly for unauthorized accessorial fees.

Q: What should I do when my freight order arrives?
A: Before signing the delivery receipt, you must thoroughly inspect the packaging, pallet, labels, and visible product condition. If you notice structural damage, crushed boxes, or missing items, **you must note it clearly on the delivery receipt or BOL before signing.** Taking photos at delivery is strongly recommended to protect subsequent carrier claims. 

Damage, Returns & Exchanges

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: If there is visible or suspected transit damage at delivery:

  1. Take clear photos immediately (packaging + labels + product).
  2. Note the damage on the delivery receipt/BOL before signing (example: “Box crushed, corner damage, possible concealed damage”).
  3. Email support@garagerebel.com with your order number and photos within 3 business days. Carrier claim windows are incredibly strict, so please review our Shipping Policy for full compliance rules.
Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be completely unused, unaltered, in their original packaging, and accompanied by an approved RMA. Certain specialized or custom-made items are designated as final sale, as disclosed on their individual product pages.

Q: Are returns free?
A: No. Return shipping costs and tiered restocking fees apply depending on the product brand and return reason. Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable; if an item was purchased under a "Free Shipping" promotion, the actual freight cost incurred by Garage Rebel will be deducted from your final refund.

Q: How do I start a return?
