QUICK DELIVERY
Transit Time (after shipment) is typically 3–12 business days (varies by location/carrier).
Shipping method depends on the item:

• Not included: inside delivery, stairs, placement, uncrating, assembly/installation, debris removal.
• Extra fees may apply (when applicable): liftgate, residential delivery, limited access, remote/extended areas, appointment delivery.
• Missed delivery/access issues: redelivery/storage fees may be charged by the carrier.
• An adult (18+) must be present to sign for delivery

ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive tracking via email when shipped (tracking # for parcel / PRO # for freight). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation/pickup. After pickup, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.

Freight: the terminal/carrier typically contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Inspect BEFORE accepting delivery.

If anything looks damaged/missing:

• Take photos/video immediately (packaging + labels + product).
• Freight/LTL: write notes on the delivery receipt/BOL BEFORE signing (example: “pallet crushed, box torn, dented frame, possible concealed damage”).
• If damage is major: refuse delivery and contact us right away.

Important: If you sign without noting damage, it may limit or void the ability to file a freight damage claim.

As an authorized dealer of XMark, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED)

• Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
• Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

Include in your email:

• Order number
• Item name/model (and SKU/serial if applicable)
• Reason for return
• Photos/video (if applicable)

RETURN WINDOW & CONDTIONS
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase (if approved).

Items must be:

• Uninstalled / unused
• In like-new condition
• In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
• Serial numbers must match (when applicable)
• Additional fees may apply if an item is opened, incomplete, damaged, or missing packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (even if “free shipping” was offered).
• A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns not related to defect/warranty (including refused shipments).
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• Your refund, less the restocking fee and return shipping, will be issued within three business days of our receipt of the return.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / CREDIT

• Requests after 30 days
• Used, installed, or improperly packaged items
• Damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, or environmental exposure
• Items missing parts/accessories/manuals or altered/defaced items
• Items without proof of purchase
• Products that have been installed.

CANCELLATIONS

• Orders that have not shipped may be canceled with a 5% cancellation fee (payment processing cost).
• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, it must follow the return policy.

What is all included in my rack purchase?
The Viper power rack with storage and flip down safeties boasts six 90" uprights, four crossmembers of your choosing, four standard or compact storage crossmembers, a pull-up bar, J-cups, flip down safeties and stainless steel storage posts with a matching nameplate for a complete home gym experience.

What tools are required for assembly?
Being safety-mind, 1" hardware is used in the assembly of your XMARK Viper rack. The bolts heads are 36mm. Two 36mm wrenches are required for this assembly. The lock tight bolts included eliminate the need for frequent tightening found in less expensive models.

Do you have attachments available for your racks?

What is a compact rack?
A compact rack shrinks the footprint of a standard rack by cleverly storing weight plates behind the rack, instead of the usual side storage posts. This space-saving solution frees up valuable floor space in your gym allowing you to store weightlifting equipment and accessories closer to your rack.

What is the difference in your storage posts?
Great question. The bumper plate storage includes 4 pair of 16” posts. The Olympic storage includes 3 pair of 16” posts and a triple pair storage post for your smaller weights.

I noticed concrete bolts are included. Do I have to use them?
Safety should always be top priority. To ensure the utmost stability and security of your rack, wehighly encourage the use of concrete bolts. These bolts are essential for maintaining a safe environment, preventing accidents, and ensuring the longevity of your equipment.
