FAST PROCESSING
Orders placed Monday–Friday typically ship in 2-5 business days (excludes weekends/holidays. Once fulfillment, your order moves to carrier pickup + tracking (and freight scheduling when applicable).

QUICK DELIVERY
Transit Time (after shipment) is typically 3–12 business days (varies by location/carrier).
Shipping method depends on the item:

• Not included: inside delivery, stairs, placement, uncrating, assembly/installation, debris removal.
• Extra fees may apply (when applicable): liftgate, residential delivery, limited access, remote/extended areas, appointment delivery.
• Missed delivery/access issues: redelivery/storage fees may be charged by the carrier.

ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive tracking via email when shipped (tracking # for parcel / PRO # for freight). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation/pickup. After pickup, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.

Freight: the terminal/carrier typically contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Inspect BEFORE accepting delivery.

If anything looks damaged/missing:

• Take photos/video immediately (packaging + labels + product).
• Freight/LTL: write notes on the delivery receipt/BOL BEFORE signing (example: “pallet crushed, box torn, dented frame, possible concealed damage”).
• If damage is major: refuse delivery and contact us right away.

Important: If you sign without noting damage, it may limit or void the ability to file a freight damage claim.

As an authorized dealer of VersaLift, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED)

• Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
• Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

Include in your email:

• Order number
• Item name/model (and SKU/serial if applicable)
• Reason for return
• Photos/video (if applicable)

RETURN WINDOW & CONDTIONS
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase (if approved).

Items must be:

• Uninstalled / unused
• In like-new condition
• In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
• Serial numbers must match (when applicable)
• Additional fees may apply if an item is opened, incomplete, damaged, or missing packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (even if “free shipping” was offered).
• A 20% restocking fee may apply for returns not related to defect/warranty (including refused shipments).
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• Your refund, less the restocking fee and return shipping, will be issued within three business days of our receipt of the return.
• Shipping Costs: You’re responsible for both outbound and return shipping. Typical estimates:
• Model 24: ~$375–$425 each way
• Model 32: ~$450–$500 each way

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / CREDIT

• Requests after 30 days
• Opened boxes are not accepted.
• Used, installed, or improperly packaged items
• Damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, or environmental exposure
• Items missing parts/accessories/manuals or altered/defaced items
• Items without proof of purchase
• Products that have been installed.

CANCELLATIONS

• Orders that have not shipped may be canceled with a 5% cancellation fee (payment processing cost).
• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, it must follow the return policy.

What is the CH-32 Custom Height Leg?
The CH-32 is a specially designed leg set for the Versa Lift™ 32 that allows the lift to be installed at a custom height, accommodating non-standard ceiling elevations.

Why would I need custom height legs?
If your attic or storage space has unique ceiling heights that don’t align with the standard or shortened Versa Lift™ legs, the CH-32 provides a tailored solution to ensure proper installation and smooth operation.

Is the CH-32compatible with all Versa Lift™ models?
No. The CH-32 Custom Height Leg is exclusively designed for the Versa Lift™ 32 model and cannot be used with other Versa Lift™ sizes.

Does customizing the height affect the lift’s performance?
No. The CH-32 legs are precision-engineered to maintain the Versa Lift™ 32’s full weight capacity, safety, and durability, regardless of the adjusted height.

How do I order the CH-32 legs?

Can I retrofit these legs to an existing Versa Lift™ 32?
Yes, but the custom height must still be specified in advance. Retrofitting may require removing the standard legs and replacing them with the CH-32 set.
