  • Not included: inside delivery, stairs, placement, uncrating, assembly/installation, debris removal.
  • Extra fees may apply (when applicable): liftgate, residential delivery, limited access, remote/extended areas, appointment delivery.
  • Missed delivery/access issues: redelivery/storage fees may be charged by the carrier.

ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive tracking via email when shipped (tracking # for parcel / PRO # for freight). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation/pickup. After pickup, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.

Freight: the terminal/carrier typically contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Inspect BEFORE accepting delivery.

If anything looks damaged/missing:

  • Take photos/video immediately (packaging + labels + product).
  • Freight/LTL: write notes on the delivery receipt/BOL BEFORE signing (example: “pallet crushed, box torn, dented frame, possible concealed damage”).
  • If damage is major: refuse delivery and contact us right away.

Important: If you sign without noting damage, it may limit or void the ability to file a freight damage claim.

RETURN & REFUND

As an authorized dealer of Dyco, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED):

  • Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
  • Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

Include in your email:

  • Order number
  • Item name/model (and SKU/serial if applicable)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/video (if applicable)

RETURN WINDOW & CONDITIONS:
Returns may be accepted within 30 calendar days of purchase (if approved).

Items must be:

  • Uninstalled / unused
  • In like-new condition
  • In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
  • Serial numbers must match (when applicable)
  • Additional fees may apply if an item is opened, incomplete, damaged, or missing packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it's due to a defective product, shipping delay and/or damaged package.
  • For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect item ordered), return shipping costs and handling fees will be customer paid. It must be insured.
  • Returns shipped C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery) will not be accepted. 
  • Outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (even if “free shipping” was offered).
  • 18% restocking fee (whichever is greater) applies to all returns and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • 3% merchant processing fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., credit card, PayPal). These fees are incurred at the time of purchase and cannot be recovered once the transaction is processed.
  • If upon inspection the item is found not to qualify for a refund, the item may be returned to you at your expense, otherwise the items shall be discarded. We will contact you if this is the case.
  • Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund to the original form of payment.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / CREDIT:

  • Requests after 30 days
  • Used, installed, or improperly packaged items
  • Damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, or environmental exposure
  • Items missing parts/accessories/manuals or altered/defaced items
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Products that have been installed
  • Products that are custom-configured or branded to your specifications are not eligible for return
  • Custom, Bargain, Clearance, and AS-IS products

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Orders that have not shipped may be canceled with a 3% cancellation fee (merchant processing fee).
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, it must follow the return policy.

WRONG, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM:
Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

The quickest solution is to return the original product for a refund. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Does Dyco provide warranty?
Yes - Dyco workbenches and toolboxes are backed by a 1-year warranty. Garage Rebel does not provide any additional warranties. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, chemical spills, or customer-inflicted damage.

Yes! Dyco offers a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing and workmanship defects. Cosmetic issues, wear and tear, or customer-caused damage are not covered.
