SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Fast Processing
Orders placed Monday–Friday typically ship in 1–3 business days, excluding holidays, weekends, or unforeseen events.

Quick Delivery
Most orders arrive within 3–12 business days, depending on your location. An adult (18+) must be present to sign for delivery. Delivery is curbside with liftgate (palletized). Inside delivery, stairs, placement, uncrating and assembly are not included. If a driver agrees to additional services at delivery, the carrier may bill you directly. Carrier delays, access limitations, missed appointments, and redelivery fees may result in additional charges.

Order Tracking
All SFE equipment ships via a third-party freight carrier, and you’ll receive tracking (PRO #) when your order ships. Once your shipment arrives at the carrier’s terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after fulfillment. All shipments are insured. Once freight leaves the warehouse, the carrier controls routing, delivery timing, and communication.

RETURN & REFUND

As an authorized dealer of Sports & Fitness Exchange (SFE), we follow their official policy. Please read carefully—cosmetic defects are not eligible for return, and any approved refund will be net of outbound shipping (even if “free shipping”) plus a 15% restocking fee. Due to the size/assembly nature of these items, SFE recommends using the 90-day warranty first when applicable.

Request Authorization (Required)
Submit a return request by emailing returns@garagerebel.com and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before shipping anything back. Returns without a RAN may be refused.

Return Window + Conditions
Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and the item must be unused, unassembled/uninstalled, unmodified, and in original packaging with all parts.

Shipping + Fees
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless free return coverage was purchased. Original shipping is non-refundable; actual outbound shipping costs may be deducted from refunds. A 15% restocking fee applies.

Not Returnable
Special/custom orders, used/assembled/installed/modified items, missing parts/packaging, and cosmetic defects.

Cancellations
Cancelable within 48 hours only if not shipped (15% fee). After 48 hours, cancellations aren’t allowed.

Exchanges
No direct exchanges—return (if eligible) and place a new order.

A: Delivery time depends on the item and how it ships:

  • Small Parcel (UPS/FedEx/USPS): typically 3–12 business days after shipment (varies by location).
  • Freight/LTL (pallet delivery): typically 5–15 business days after shipment, plus time for delivery appointment scheduling. Some items have brand-specific lead times listed on the product page.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: We offer free shipping on select products and orders within the contiguous United States. Oversized items, heavy freight shipments, remote delivery zip codes, or optional delivery accessorial services (like liftgates) may incur additional charges. We do not currently ship internationally.

A: Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive tracking or PRO information via email. Please note that heavy freight shipments typically show fewer mid-transit tracking scans than standard small parcel boxes; this is entirely normal.

Freight & Large Item Delivery

Q: How does freight delivery work for larger heavy items?
A: Freight deliveries are strictly curbside delivery and require a scheduled delivery window. The carrier will call or text you to book an appointment. Please ensure:

  • An adult (18+) is present to receive the freight.
  • A physical signature is provided on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL).
  • You have planned logistics for moving/uncrating the product into your garage, as drivers do not bring items inside.

Q: Can the driver bring it inside or assemble it?
A: No. Inside delivery, structural placement, stairs, uncrating, and assembly/installation are not included unless clearly offered and paid for as a custom service line at checkout. If a driver agrees to perform extra labor at delivery, the carrier may bill you directly for unauthorized accessorial fees.

Q: What should I do when my freight order arrives?
A: Before signing the delivery receipt, you must thoroughly inspect the packaging, pallet, labels, and visible product condition. If you notice structural damage, crushed boxes, or missing items, **you must note it clearly on the delivery receipt or BOL before signing.** Taking photos at delivery is strongly recommended to protect subsequent carrier claims. 

Damage, Returns & Exchanges

A: No. Return shipping costs and tiered restocking fees apply depending on the product brand and return reason.
