Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We work fast to get orders moving. If you need to update or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number at support@garagerebel.com.
Please note: once an order has been submitted to a warehouse/vendor, is in processing, or has shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible—especially for freight shipments, special-order items, or brand-direct fulfillment.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Delivery time depends on the item and how it ships:

  • Small Parcel (UPS/FedEx/USPS): typically 3–12 business days after shipment (varies by location).
  • Freight/LTL (pallet delivery): typically 5–15 business days after shipment, plus time for delivery appointment scheduling. Some items have brand-specific lead times listed on the product page.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: We offer free shipping on select products/orders within the contiguous U.S. (48 states). Oversized items, freight shipments, remote areas, or optional delivery services may have additional charges. We do not currently ship internationally.

Q: How does freight delivery work (pallet shipments)?
A: Freight deliveries are typically curbside delivery and often require an appointment. The carrier may call/text to schedule delivery. Please plan for:

  • An adult (18+) to be present
  • A signature at delivery (when required)
  • Moving/uncrating the product into your garage (drivers typically do not bring items inside)

Q: Can the driver bring it inside or assemble it?
A: Inside delivery, placement, stairs, and assembly/installation are not included unless clearly offered and confirmed for your order. If a driver agrees to extra help at delivery, the carrier may bill you directly.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Freight shipments may show fewer tracking scans than small parcel—this is normal. If you need help, contact us and we’ll assist.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: If there is visible damage at delivery:

  1. Take clear photos immediately (packaging + labels + product).
  2. Note the damage on the delivery receipt/BOL before signing (example: “Box crushed, corner damage, possible concealed damage”).
  3. Email support@garagerebel.com with your order number and photos as soon as possible. Damage reporting timelines can be strict, so please don’t wait. Review our Shipping Policy.
Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Many items may be eligible for return within 30 days, but some brands/products have different windows (including 14 days) or may be final sale (custom, clearance, special-order, etc.). The SFE Selectorized Seated Leg Extension & Leg Curl Machine w/ 250lb weight stack combines two of the most biomechanically effective lower-body isolation movements into one heavy-duty, compact machine - giving you the ability to isolate and overload both quads and hamstrings in a single footprint.

Key Features & Adjustability:

  • Fully adjustable back pad moves forward and backward to fit a wide range of users, tested on users as short at 4'10" and as tall as 6'10"!
  • Extended seat pad and additional back pad position stops to better accommodate taller lifters and those with longer legs.
  • Leg roller movement arm with 9 starting positions, plus leg roller adjustment with 5 positions, for dialing in perfect setup on both movements.
  • Knee / thigh pad adjustment with 8 secure starting positions for seated leg curls, plus comfortable rubber grip handles for added stability.
  • Laser-engraved numbering on the movement arm, roller, and thigh pad for easy, repeatable position recall.

These adjustments allow you to train both movements through a full or partial range of motion, depending on your body type and training goals.

Performance & Build: With a smooth, consistent tension curve and heavy-duty construction, this machine delivers commercial-grade feel and performance. Textured rubber grips on both movements provide security and comfort through even your heaviest sets. Every machine ships with the maximum-capacity 250lb weight stack at a 1:1 pulley ratio, giving you all the resistance you need right out of the box.
