 Since neon is a gas‑discharge lamp (no filament), it ages gradually and can endure decades under normal conditions.

4. Why might a neon sign flicker or “waver”?

5. What happens if a tube breaks or fails?

Arrange & Pay for Return Shipping
You must pre-pay your return shipment. Choose a trackable, insured carrier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL) and package the item securely. Prepaid labels are not provided — your original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Ship to Warehouse
Once your RMA is approved, we’ll send you the exact return address and any special packaging instructions.

Ship freight‐insured and obtain a tracking number—you’ll need this if anything goes missing in transit. Garage Rebel will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Inspection & Refund
To be eligable for a refund, items must be in original packaging and new conditions with all hardware, manuals, warranties, registration cards, and packaging intact.

After inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method for the purchase price, minus: The actual shipping cost of your original delivery and a 25% restocking fee

Freight & Large Item Delivery

Q: How does freight delivery work for larger heavy items?
A: Freight deliveries are strictly curbside delivery and require a scheduled delivery window. The carrier will call or text you to book an appointment. Please ensure:

  • An adult (18+) is present to receive the freight.
  • A physical signature is provided on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL).
  • You have planned logistics for moving/uncrating the product into your garage, as drivers do not bring items inside.

Q: Can the driver bring it inside or assemble it?
A: No. Inside delivery, structural placement, stairs, uncrating, and assembly/installation are not included unless clearly offered and paid for as a custom service line at checkout. If a driver agrees to perform extra labor at delivery, the carrier may bill you directly for unauthorized accessorial fees.

Q: What should I do when my freight order arrives?
A: Before signing the delivery receipt, you must thoroughly inspect the packaging, pallet, labels, and visible product condition. If you notice structural damage, crushed boxes, or missing items, **you must note it clearly on the delivery receipt or BOL before signing.** Taking photos at delivery is strongly recommended to protect subsequent carrier claims.
