Order Tracking

• After the shipment leaves the warehouse, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.
• When it arrives at the local terminal, the carrier typically contacts you to schedule delivery.

1. Take photos/video immediately (packaging + labels + product).
2. Write damage notes on the receipt BEFORE signing

• Example: “pallet crushed, box torn, dented frame, possible concealed damage.”

1. If damage is major, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Important: If you sign without noting damage, it may limit or void the ability to file a freight damage claim.

Concealed damage

As an authorized dealer of Nature’s Generator, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED)

• Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
• Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

Include in your email:

• Order number
• Item name/model (and SKU/serial if applicable)
• Reason for return
• Photos/video (if applicable)

RETURN WINDOW & CONDITIONS
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase (if approved).

Items must be:

• Uninstalled / unused
• In like-new condition
• In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
• Serial numbers must match (when applicable)
• Additional fees may apply if an item is opened, incomplete, damaged, or missing packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it's due to a defective product, shipping delay and/or damaged package.For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect item ordered), return shipping costs and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
• Outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (even if “free shipping” was offered).
• A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns not related to defect/warranty (including refused shipments).
• 3% merchant processing fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., credit card, PayPal). These fees are incurred at the time of purchase and cannot be recovered once the transaction is processed.
• Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

• Requests after 30 days
• Used, installed, or improperly packaged items
• Damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, or environmental exposure
• Items missing parts/accessories/manuals or altered/defaced items
• Items without proof of purchase

CANCELLATIONS

• Orders that have not shipped may be canceled with a 5% cancellation fee (payment processing cost).
• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, it must follow the return policy.

What kind of battery does Nature’s Generator use, and what’s its capacity?
It uses a sealed-lead-acid (AGM SLA) battery rated at 12 V, 60 Ah (720 Wh total capacity).

What outputs and ports does the unit have?
It includes three 120 V AC outlets, two USB ports (3 A combined), a 12 V DC port (240 W max), as well as a solar-charging input (up to 200 W) and wind-charging input (up to 300 W).

Can I recharge it via solar or wind, and how long does charging take?
Yes, you can recharge using solar (with compatible solar panels) or a wind turbine, or via AC power.

Can I use the generator while it's charging (pass-through charging)?
Yes, the generator supports simultaneous usage and charging. However, doing so may extend the overall recharge time.

What kind of devices or appliances can it power, and roughly how long will they run?
With a full charge, you can run items like LED lights, a 32" LED TV, a modem/router, laptops, small appliances, or charge phones/tablets. Run-times depend on power draw, but for example, a LED bulb may last any tens of hours; a mini-fridge or refrigerator roughly 8–12 hours, depending on load.
