ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive tracking via email when shipped (tracking # for parcel / PRO # for freight). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation/pickup. After pickup, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.

Freight: the terminal/carrier typically contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment.

If anything looks damaged/missing:

• Take photos/video immediately (packaging + labels + product).
• Freight/LTL: write notes on the delivery receipt/BOL BEFORE signing (example: “pallet crushed, box torn, dented frame, possible concealed damage”).
• If damage is major: refuse delivery and contact us right away.

Important: If you sign without noting damage, it may limit or void the ability to file a freight damage claim.

As an authorized dealer of XMark, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED)

• Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
• Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

Include in your email:

• Order number
• Item name/model (and SKU/serial if applicable)
• Reason for return
• Photos/video (if applicable)

RETURN WINDOW & CONDTIONS
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase (if approved).

Items must be:

• Uninstalled / unused
• In like-new condition
• In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
• Serial numbers must match (when applicable)
• Additional fees may apply if an item is opened, incomplete, damaged, or missing packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (even if “free shipping” was offered).
• A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns not related to defect/warranty (including refused shipments).
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• Your refund, less the restocking fee and return shipping, will be issued within three business days of our receipt of the return.

CANCELLATIONS

• Orders that have not shipped may be canceled with a 5% cancellation fee (payment processing cost).
• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, it must follow the return policy.

Is this challenging to assemble?  
Not at all!  This unit is delivered to you 98% pre-assembled! Your cables are also pre-installed!  Keep in mind this is a HEAVY unit and it does require two people to finish the assembly.

What is the pulley ratio? 
This unit has a 2:1 resistance ratio. With dual weight stacks of 230 lbs each, this is enough weight to challenge even the experienced lifter.

Can you easily move the machine after assembly or is it too heavy?
No, you will not want to move this unit after installation. With a shipping weight of 1003 lbs, this unit is HEAVY. Before assembly you’ll first want to figure out where you want to place it.

Do you offer any type of financing?

Is there any way to add weight to the stacks? 
No, but this Functional Trainer has 230lb weight stacks which should give you plenty of weight within your range of exercises!

Which bench do you recommend with this FT?
We recommend the Black Hawk Adjustable Bench. Not only is this a super sturdy adjustable bench, its’ black cushions and sleek, black mainframe look awesome with this functional trainer. With its built-in transport wheels, it also moves easily in and out of this functional trainer or any cage. 

How does this cable machine ship?  
Realizing this is a significant investment it ships in a reinforced crate via freight carrier ensuring it arrives in pristine condition. An agent from the freight company will contact you to schedule a curb-side delivery appointment, therefore, a valid phone # is required.

Does the FT-9040 come with any accessories?
Included with this functional trainer is a pair of handles. As a separate purchase, we offer an excellent accessories package which includes a revolving curl bar, triceps rope, chinning triangle, triceps press down bar, and a pair of handles that complement this cable machine and fits perfectly on the storage pegs at the back of our trainer.

What type of exercises can be performed using a functional trainer?
The possibilities are endless...chest press, bicep curls, triceps extension, squat to row, seated rows, just to mention a few.
