Ordering & Payment:

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Financing options may also be available at checkout.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

Shipping & Delivery:

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping takes 3-12 business days, depending on item purchased and your location. 

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping on select orders within the continental U.S. Additional shipping fees may apply to oversized or custom items. We do not ship internationally, nor to Hawaii or Alaska and certain remote areas of continental U.S. 

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its delivery status.

Returns & Exchanges:

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on most products. However, some suppliers have a 14 day policy - please refer to product specifics for timeframe. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase. Custom or clearance items may be final sale. Please see our Return Policy for further details.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Contact our support team to initiate a return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping your item back to us.

Q: Do products come with a warranty?
A: Yes! We stand behind the products we sell with manufacturer’s warranty. Specific warranty details can be found on each product page. All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and Garage Rebel does not provide any additional warranties.

Q: Are your garage cabinets and storage solutions easy to install?
A: Absolutely! Our products are designed for easy DIY installation, with step-by-step instructions included. Some larger units may require two people for assembly.
