Transit Time (after shipment) is typically 3–12 business days (varies by location/carrier).
Shipping method depends on the item:

• Not included: inside delivery, stairs, placement, uncrating, assembly/installation, debris removal.
• Extra fees may apply (when applicable): liftgate, residential delivery, limited access, remote/extended areas, appointment delivery.
• Missed delivery/access issues: redelivery/storage fees may be charged by the carrier.

ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive tracking via email when shipped (tracking # for parcel / PRO # for freight). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation/pickup. After pickup, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.

Freight: the terminal/carrier typically contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Inspect BEFORE accepting delivery.

If anything looks damaged/missing:

• Take photos/video immediately (packaging + labels + product).
• Freight/LTL: write notes on the delivery receipt/BOL BEFORE signing (example: “pallet crushed, box torn, dented frame, possible concealed damage”).
• If damage is major: refuse delivery and contact us right away.

Important: If you sign without noting damage, it may limit or void the ability to file a freight damage claim.

As an authorized dealer of Autel, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED)

• Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
• Returns shipped without authorization will be refused.

Include in your email:

• Order number
• Item name/model (and SKU/serial if applicable)
• Reason for return
• Photos/video (if applicable)

RETURN WINDOW & CONDTIONS
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase (if approved).

Items must be:

• Uninstalled / unused
• In like-new condition
• In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
• Serial numbers must match (when applicable)
• Additional fees may apply if an item is opened, incomplete, damaged, or missing packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

• Return freight (and any related shipping) is the customer’s responsibility.
• Outbound freight costs may be deducted from the refund (even if “free shipping” was offered).
• A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns not related to defect/warranty.
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• The refund amount will be based on the actual price paid by the customer at the time of purchase, regardless of subsequent discounts or promotions. 

Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / CREDIT

• Requests after 30 days
• Used, installed, or improperly packaged items
• Damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, or environmental exposure
• Consumables / wear items
• Items missing parts/accessories/manuals or altered/defaced items
• Items without proof of purchase
• Products that have been installed or hardwired cannot be returned for personal reasons.
•  Cash on Delivery (COD) products are also not accepted under any conditions. And we will not accept any returns without first obtaining return approval.

CANCELLATIONS

• Orders that have not shipped may be canceled with a 5% cancellation fee (payment processing cost).
• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, it must follow the return policy.

Can this 50 Amp car charger power my EV?
Yes, our Autel Maxicharger works with all electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, making it a versatile accessory for a variety of models.

Does the charger come with the RFID cards?
Our EV charger does not include RFID cards in the shipping package. If you require RFID cards for specific functionalities or access control, you can purchase them separately. Thank you!

What is the difference between Lite 50A charger and Elite 50A charger?
Both the Elite 50A and Lite 50A Chargers offer efficient, smart charging. The Elite adds a separate holster for added flexibility. The Lite, ideal for home use, provides straightforward, reliable charging for all EV users.
