As an authorized dealer of CarCapsule, we uphold their official policy. Please read carefully—return shipping is your responsibility, and the refund you receive will be net of original delivery shipping plus a restocking fee.

Request Authorization

Email returns@garagerebel.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.

To qualify for a return, all products require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) prior to being returned. The items must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by CarCapsule. All packing materials, accessories, and documentation must be included. Kits and other items assembled after purchase must be unassembled and returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. Any products that have been modified and/or customized per the customer's specification will not be returnable. All cancellations and returns after the order has shipped will be inspected and subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs. Items returned without an RMA number will be denied and returned to the sender.

1. What is a CarCapsule™?
The CarCapsule™ is a protective storage solution that surrounds your vehicle with a durable, clear PVC bubble. It shields against dust, moisture, pests, and accidental dings, helping preserve your vehicle's condition.

2. What’s the difference between the Indoor and Outdoor CarCapsule™?

●      Indoor CarCapsule™: Best for garages or indoor spaces. Protects from dust, moisture, and scratches.

●      Outdoor CarCapsule™: Designed with UV-resistant and weatherproof materials for full outdoor protection from rain, snow, wind, and sun.

⚠️ Using an indoor model outdoors will void the warranty.

3. How easy is setup?
Very easy. Simply unroll the capsule, plug it in, and it inflates within minutes. No tools are required.

4. How does it protect my vehicle?
A built-in high-pressure fan and replaceable air filters keep air circulating inside, preventing moisture buildup, mold, mildew, and corrosion.

5. What sizes are available?
CarCapsule™ products range in size from 12 ft to over 22 ft, with options for motorcycles, sedans, SUVs, and trucks. Always check dimensions before purchase.

6. Are CarCapsules™ waterproof?

●      Outdoor models: Yes, fully waterproof and weather-resistant.

●      Indoor models: Moisture-resistant but not intended for outdoor exposure.

7. How much electricity does it use?
Very little. The fan runs continuously but only consumes about the same energy as a light bulb—typically less than $1/month.

8. Can I access my vehicle while it's inside the CarCapsule™?
Yes. You can unzip the capsule to access your vehicle without fully deflating it.

9. Is there a warranty?
Yes, each CarCapsule™ comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship. Indoor use only unless specified.
