Ordering & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo. Additional options may appear at checkout depending on your device and location.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We work fast to get orders moving. If you need to update or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number at support@garagerebel.com.
Please note: once an order has been submitted to a warehouse/vendor, is in processing, or has shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible—especially for freight shipments, special-order items, or brand-direct fulfillment.

Q: Do you offer financing?
A: If financing options are available for your order, they will be shown at checkout. Availability and terms vary by provider.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Delivery time depends on the item and how it ships:

  • Small Parcel (UPS/FedEx/USPS): typically 3–12 business days after shipment (varies by location).
  • Freight/LTL (pallet delivery): typically 5–15 business days after shipment, plus time for delivery appointment scheduling. Some items have brand-specific lead times listed on the product page.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: We offer free shipping on select products/orders within the contiguous U.S. (48 states). Oversized items, freight shipments, remote areas, or optional delivery services may have additional charges. We do not currently ship internationally.

Q: How does freight delivery work (pallet shipments)?
A: Freight deliveries are typically curbside delivery and often require an appointment. The carrier may call/text to schedule delivery. Please plan for:

  • An adult (18+) to be present
  • A signature at delivery (when required)
  • Moving/uncrating the product into your garage (drivers typically do not bring items inside)

Q: Can the driver bring it inside or assemble it?
A: Inside delivery, placement, stairs, and assembly/installation are not included unless clearly offered and confirmed for your order. If a driver agrees to extra help at delivery, the carrier may bill you directly.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Freight shipments may show fewer tracking scans than small parcel—this is normal. If you need help, contact us and we’ll assist.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: If there is visible damage at delivery:

  1. Take clear photos immediately (packaging + labels + product).
  2. Note the damage on the delivery receipt/BOL before signing (example: “Box crushed, corner damage, possible concealed damage”).
  3. Email support@garagerebel.com with your order number and photos as soon as possible. Damage reporting timelines can be strict, so please don’t wait. Review our Shipping Policy.
Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Many items may be eligible for return within 30 days, but some brands/products have different windows (including 14 days) or may be final sale (custom, clearance, special-order, etc.). Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase. Please review our Return Policy for full details.

Q: Are returns free?
A: Return shipping and/or restocking fees may apply depending on the product, brand, and return reason. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and any applicable fees upfront.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email returns@garagerebel.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We’ll confirm eligibility and send next steps.

Product Installation & Warranty

Q: Do products come with a warranty?
A: Yes. Most items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (terms vary by brand/product). Warranty details are typically listed on the product page. Garage Rebel does not provide additional warranties beyond the manufacturer’s coverage.

Q: Are your products easy to install?
A: Many products are DIY-friendly and include manuals/instructions. Some larger/heavier items may require two people, specialized tools, or professional installation. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Fast Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1 PM PT typically ship between 1-3 day, excluding holidays, weekends or any unforeseen event.

Shipping Methods
Ground Shipping: This option applies to small parcels that meet the size and weight requirements for UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. **Free Shipping** is offered on Ground-eligible orders with a net sales value of $600 or more, valid only within the continental United States and DC. Net Sales refer to the total value of UPS Ground-eligible products in your cart before discounts and taxes are applied. Please note that USPS is the only carrier able to deliver to a PO Box.

Freight Shipping: For large products that are too big to ship via UPS Ground or USPS, such as large rolling toolboxes, and countertops, we use a freight carrier. Freight shipping is charged at a flat rate per pallet based on the distance from the warehouse in Irvine, CA 92606. The shipping zones and corresponding rates are determined by the driving distance calculated using the Google Maps API, from the warehouse to the destination address.

If your order contains a mixture of Freight and Ground-eligible products, the order will default to Freight, and no additional Ground shipping charges will be applied. For freight shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for a quote. Freight orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

If "Signature Required" is selected on your shipping method and you miss your delivery window, Garage Rebel is not responsible for additional shipping charges.

REFUND & RETURNS

As an authorized dealer of Boxo USA, we uphold their official policy. Please read carefully—return shipping is your responsibility, and the refund you receive will be net of original delivery shipping plus a restocking fee. 

To qualify for a return, all products require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) prior to being returned. The items must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by BoxoUSA. All packing materials, accessories, and documentation must be included. Kits and other items assembled after purchase must be unassembled and returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. Any products that have been modified and/or customized per the customer's specification will not be returnable. All cancellations and returns after the order has shipped will be inspected and subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs. Items returned without an RMA number will be denied and returned to the sender.

What warranty comes with my BoxoUSA purchase?
BoxoUSA stands behind their products with a limited lifetime warranty on most tools and tool storage. Torque tools, tool bags, and tool rolls are covered for one year. See Policy Below.

4. How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most BoxoUSA orders ship within 1–4 business days (excluding holidays or unforeseen events). Shipping times vary by location, but you’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

5. Do you offer free shipping or local pickup options?
Smaller products ship via UPS or USPS. UPS/USPS eligible orders over $600 qualify for Free Shipping.

FREE pickup is also available at the Irvine, CA warehouse location (16912 Von Karman Ave, Unit B, Irvine CA).

6. Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
Yes — returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, undamaged products in original packaging. Some restrictions may apply for customized or special-order items.
