Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 14-30 days from the date you received your order (depending on the supplier). Please refer to the product page for specific timeframe. Items must be in original packaging and in unused conditions.
Damaged, opened, or used items may incur a restocking fee as follows:
- 50% restocking fee for items that have been opened or used.
- 10% - 20% restocking fee (depending on supplier) for items in original, unopened conditions.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is still in sealed packaging.
Buyer’s remorse returns are at the buyer's expense for shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can return it free of charge or request a replacement. Evidence (photos or video) of damaged goods must be provided to us within 48 hours to process the return or replacement.
What to Do If Your Order Was Damaged During Shipping
Refusing Damaged Shipment: If you notice clear signs of damage upon delivery, please refuse the shipment. The product will be sent back to the manufacturer, and you’ll either receive a replacement or a credit to your account (subject to manufacturer approval).
Damaged Products After Delivery: Contact our customer service team immediately at returns@garagerebel.com or call us at 1-833-427-9090 to initiate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
You will receive a replacement, or if unavailable, a full refund for the damaged item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, particularly custom-built or bulk items, may not be returned. These are usually non-returnable due to their size or nature.
Products from certain brands are non-returnable. Please refer to product page for specific details.
Any issues with these products will be resolved by providing replacement parts if missing or damaged.
Pricing and Availability
Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change due to market conditions, product availability, or manufacturer price changes.
Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. We cannot guarantee availability and will notify you of any delays or changes.
Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
Payment Default: If payment is not received or is declined, we may cancel the order or place it on hold. Customers are responsible for any fees related to payment processing or collection.
Sales Tax: Customers are responsible for all applicable sales or use taxes based on their shipping address.
Warranties
Manufacturer's Warranty: All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and Garage Rebel does not provide any additional warranties.
No Implied Warranties: Garage Rebel disclaims all implied warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
Order Modifications or Changes
After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you wish to change any details about your order (like shipping address or products), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Unfulfilled Orders: In the case of unavailability, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Force Majeure (Acts of God)
Garage Rebel is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders caused by unforeseen events such as:
- Natural disasters, labor strikes, severe weather, pandemics, wars, or terrorism.
- Acts of government or other circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
Liability Cap: Garage Rebel’s liability for any product or service purchased is limited to the price paid for the product or service. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
Credit Card Disputes / Chargebacks
If you believe an unauthorized or incorrect charge has occurred, you must notify Garage Rebel in writing within 30 days of the transaction date at support@garagerebel.com. Failure to do so may forfeit your right to dispute the charge.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, you agree to reimburse Garage Rebel for any chargeback fees or penalties incurred, in addition to the disputed amount.
You agree to cooperate with any dispute investigation by providing proof of delivery, phone-verification logs, or call recordings if requested.
Arbitration
Binding Arbitration: Any disputes, claims, or controversies related to purchases, the products or services we provide, or these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Orlando, Florida.
- You waive the right to a trial by jury and agree to resolve any issues through arbitration.
Arbitration Costs: Both parties will bear their own costs of legal representation, discovery, or research during arbitration.
