This mounting system supports multiple roof types, with different mounting kit options designed for specific roof surfaces to ensure a secure fit.

Does the mount include all the hardware needed for installation?
Yes. The mounting kit includes the essential rails, clamps, footings, and grounding components required for installation.

Can this mount be used with different solar panel sizes?
The mount is designed to support compatible Nature’s Generator 410W and 100W rigid solar panels and can accommodate various panel configurations depending on the setup.

Is this mount suitable for long-term use?
Yes. It’s built with durable, weather-resistant materials designed to withstand outdoor conditions and provide long-lasting panel support.

Fast Processing

• Processing/Fulfillment: typically 6–12 business days (excluding weekends/holidays and unforeseen vendor/carrier delays).
• Once fulfilled, your order moves to carrier pickup and scheduling.

Quick Delivery

• Transit time (after shipment): typically 3–12 business days, depending on location and carrier routing.
• Freight/LTL delivery: ships palletized and is typically curbside delivery.
• Adult presence/signature: an adult 18+ may be required for delivery and/or signature.

What delivery includes:

• Included: curbside drop-off (end of driveway/curb).
• Not included: inside delivery, stairs, placement, uncrating, assembly/installation.

Extra services & fees:

• Optional accessorials (when available) may add charges: liftgate, residential delivery, and limited/remote access

Missed delivery / access issues:

• If delivery can’t be completed due to access limits, missed appointments, or inability to unload, you may be responsible for redelivery/storage fees charged by the carrier.

Order Tracking

• You’ll receive a tracking PRO # once your order ships.
• Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after pickup/label creation.
• After the shipment leaves the warehouse, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.
• When it arrives at the local terminal, the carrier typically contacts you to schedule delivery.

Inspect BEFORE signing the delivery receipt/BOL.

If you see damage or missing items:

1. Take photos/video immediately (packaging + labels + product).
2. Write damage notes on the receipt BEFORE signing

• Example: “pallet crushed, box torn, dented frame, possible concealed damage.”

1. If damage is major, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Important: If you sign without noting damage, it may limit or void the ability to file a freight damage claim.

Concealed damage

• Report within 48 hours of delivery.
• Keep all packaging for inspection.

As an authorized dealer of Nature’s Generator, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED)

• Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
• Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

Include in your email:

• Order number
• Item name/model (and SKU/serial if applicable)
• Reason for return
• Photos/video (if applicable)

RETURN WINDOW & CONDITIONS
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase (if approved).

Items must be:

• Uninstalled / unused
• In like-new condition
• In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
• Serial numbers must match (when applicable)
• Additional fees may apply if an item is opened, incomplete, damaged, or missing packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it's due to a defective product, shipping delay and/or damaged package.For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect item ordered), return shipping costs and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
• Outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (even if “free shipping” was offered).
• A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns not related to defect/warranty (including refused shipments).
• 3% merchant processing fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., credit card, PayPal). These fees are incurred at the time of purchase and cannot be recovered once the transaction is processed.
• Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / CREDIT

• Requests after 30 days
• Used, installed, or improperly packaged items
• Damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, or environmental exposure
• Items missing parts/accessories/manuals or altered/defaced items
• Items without proof of purchase
• Products that have been installed.

CANCELLATIONS

• Orders that have not shipped may be canceled with a 5% cancellation fee (payment processing cost).
• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, it must follow the return policy.
