Order Tracking

• You’ll receive a tracking PRO # once your order ships.
• Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after pickup/label creation.
• After the shipment leaves the warehouse, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.
• When it arrives at the local terminal, the carrier typically contacts you to schedule delivery.

Inspect BEFORE signing the delivery receipt/BOL.

If you see damage or missing items:

1. Take photos/video immediately (packaging + labels + product).
2. Write damage notes on the receipt BEFORE signing

• Example: “pallet crushed, box torn, dented frame, possible concealed damage.”

1. If damage is major, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Important: If you sign without noting damage, it may limit or void the ability to file a freight damage claim.

Concealed damage

• Report within 48 hours of delivery.
• Keep all packaging for inspection.

Return Authorization Required (RMA)

• Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
• Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

Include in your email:

• Order number
• Item name/model (and SKU/serial if applicable)
• Reason for return
• Photos/video (if applicable)

Return Window & Condition

• Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase (if approved).
• Items must be:
• Uninstalled / unused
• In like-new condition
• In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
• Serial numbers must match (when applicable)
• Additional fees may apply if an item is opened, incomplete, damaged, or missing packaging.

Return Shipping & Fees

• Return freight (and any related shipping) is the customer’s responsibility.
• Outbound freight costs may be deducted from the refund (even if “free shipping” was offered).
• A 20% restocking fee may apply for returns not related to defect/warranty.

Not Eligible for Return / Credit

• Requests after 30 days
• Used, installed, or improperly packaged items
• Damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, or environmental exposure
• Consumables / wear items
• Custom/special-order or non-stock items
• Items missing parts/accessories/manuals or altered/defaced items
• Items without proof of purchase

Cancellations

• Orders that have not shipped may be canceled with a 5% cancellation fee (payment processing cost).
• Special-order/non-stock deposits may be non-refundable.
• If an order has shipped, it must follow the return process above.

Q: Does this arrive assembled? Is installation included?
A: Most units arrive palletized and may require assembly and proper installation. Installation is not included unless the listing specifically states it. For heavier equipment, we recommend professional installation and ensuring you have the right power/space/anchoring requirements before delivery.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after purchasing?
