A: Many products are DIY-friendly and include manuals or instructions. Some larger or heavier items may require two people, specialized tools, or professional installation. If you’re unsure what your product requires, contact us before ordering so we can help you review the details.
Ordering & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo. Additional options may appear at checkout depending on your device and location.
Q: Do you offer installment payments?
A: Yes. Garage Rebel offers installment payment options through Shop Pay on eligible orders. If available, you’ll see the option to pay in installments at checkout. Approval, payment terms, and availability are managed by Shop Pay and may vary based on your order and eligibility.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process and route orders rapidly to keep things moving. To request a change or cancellation, you must contact us in writing at support@garagerebel.com within 2 hours of placing your order and prior to fulfillment. Because we route orders rapidly, any cancellation request approved after an order has entered warehouse processing or supplier log staging may be subject to an administrative processing fee of up to 10%.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Delivery time depends on the item and how it ships:

Small Parcel (UPS/FedEx/USPS): typically 3–12 business days after shipment (varies by location).

Freight/LTL (pallet delivery): typically 5–15 business days after shipment, plus time for delivery appointment scheduling. Some items have brand-specific lead times listed on the product page.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: We offer free shipping on select products and orders within the contiguous United States. Oversized items, heavy freight shipments, remote delivery zip codes, or optional delivery accessorial services (like liftgates) may incur additional charges. We do not currently ship internationally.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive tracking or PRO information via email. Please note that heavy freight shipments typically show fewer mid-transit tracking scans than standard small parcel boxes; this is entirely normal.
Freight & Large Item Delivery
Q: How does freight delivery work for larger heavy items?
A: Freight deliveries are strictly curbside delivery and require a scheduled delivery window. The carrier will call or text you to book an appointment. Please ensure:

A physical signature is provided on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL).

You have planned logistics for moving/uncrating the product into your garage, as drivers do not bring items inside.
Q: Can the driver bring it inside or assemble it?
A: No. Inside delivery, structural placement, stairs, uncrating, and assembly/installation are not included unless clearly offered and paid for as a custom service line at checkout. If a driver agrees to perform extra labor at delivery, the carrier may bill you directly for unauthorized accessorial fees.
Q: What should I do when my freight order arrives?
A: Before signing the delivery receipt, you must thoroughly inspect the packaging, pallet, labels, and visible product condition. If you notice structural damage, crushed boxes, or missing items, **you must note it clearly on the delivery receipt or BOL before signing.** Taking photos at delivery is strongly recommended to protect subsequent carrier claims.
Damage, Returns & Exchanges
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: If there is visible or suspected transit damage at delivery:
- Take clear photos immediately (packaging + labels + product).
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt/BOL before signing (example: “Box crushed, corner damage, possible concealed damage”).

Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be completely unused, unaltered, in their original packaging, and accompanied by an approved RMA. Certain specialized or custom-made items are designated as final sale, as disclosed on their individual product pages.
Q: Are returns free?
A: No. Return shipping costs and tiered restocking fees apply depending on the product brand and return reason. Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable; if an item was purchased under a "Free Shipping" promotion, the actual freight cost incurred by Garage Rebel will be deducted from your final refund.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email returns@garagerebel.com with your order number and the specific items you want to return. If eligible, our team will issue an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with designated warehouse routing instructions.
Product Installation & Warranty
Q: Do products come with a warranty?
A: Yes. Most equipment and tools sold on our site are backed by an official manufacturer’s warranty (terms vary by brand). Warranty details are listed on individual product pages. Garage Rebel does not provide additional or extended store warranties beyond official manufacturer parameters.
