Usage Warnings & Material Safety Data Sheet:

FAST PROCESSING
Orders placed Monday–Friday typically ship in 2-5 business days (excludes weekends/holidays. Once fulfillment, your order moves to carrier pickup + tracking (and freight scheduling when applicable).

QUICK DELIVERY
Transit Time (after shipment) is typically 3–12 business days (varies by location/carrier).
Shipping method depends on the item:

• Not included: inside delivery, stairs, placement, uncrating, assembly/installation, debris removal.
• Extra fees may apply (when applicable): liftgate, residential delivery, limited access, remote/extended areas, appointment delivery.
• Missed delivery/access issues: redelivery/storage fees may be charged by the carrier.

ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive tracking via email when shipped (tracking # for parcel / PRO # for freight). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation/pickup. After pickup, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.

Freight: the terminal/carrier typically contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment.

If anything looks damaged/missing:

• Take photos/video immediately (packaging + labels + product).
• Freight/LTL: write notes on the delivery receipt/BOL BEFORE signing (example: “pallet crushed, box torn, dented frame, possible concealed damage”).
• If damage is major: refuse delivery and contact us right away.

Important: If you sign without noting damage, it may limit or void the ability to file a freight damage claim.

As an authorized dealer of Wash & Whips, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED)

• Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
• Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

Include in your email:

• Order number
• Item name/model (and SKU/serial if applicable)
• Reason for return
• Photos/video (if applicable)

RETURN WINDOW & CONDITIONS
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase (if approved).

Items must be:

• Uninstalled / unused
• In like-new condition
• In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
• Serial numbers must match (when applicable)
• Additional fees may apply if an item is opened, incomplete, damaged, or missing packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it's due to a defective product, shipping delay and/or damaged package.For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect item ordered), return shipping costs and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
• Outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (even if “free shipping” was offered).
• 3% merchant processing fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., credit card, PayPal). These fees are incurred at the time of purchase and cannot be recovered once the transaction is processed.
• Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / CREDIT

• Requests after 30 days
• Used, installed, or improperly packaged items
• Damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, or environmental exposure
• Items missing parts/accessories/manuals or altered/defaced items
• Items without proof of purchase
• Products that have been installed.
• Products that are custom-configured or branded to your specifications are not eligible for return.

CANCELLATIONS

• Orders that have not shipped may be canceled with a 5% cancellation fee (payment processing cost).
• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, it must follow the return policy.

How To Apply:
Silverstone Car Shampoo – Exterior Wash
What it Does: Gently removes dirt, grime, and road film while preserving wax or ceramic protection.

• Rinse your car thoroughly with water to loosen the surface of debris
• Mix 2–3 oz of Silverstone Shampoo in a bucket of water (or use a foam cannon)
• Wash from top to bottom using a microfiber wash mitt, rinsing frequently
• Rinse the entire vehicle with clean water
• Dry with a clean microfiber towel to prevent water spots

Hockenheim Bug Remover – Bug and Sap Treatment
What it Does: Breaks down bug splatter, tree sap, and stubborn road grime.

• Spray directly onto affected areas like bumpers, mirrors, hood, and windshield
• Let the product sit for 1–2 minutes (do not let it dry)
• Wipe gently with a microfiber towel or rinse off with water
• Repeat for heavy buildup if needed

Le Mans Wheel Cleaner – Wheel and Brake Dust Cleaner
What it Does: Dissolves brake dust, road grime, and grease from wheels and tires.

• Spray generously onto cool, dry wheels (never apply to hot surfaces)
• Let the product sit for 1–2 minutes
• Use a soft wheel brush to loosen grime if needed
• Rinse thoroughly with water
• Dry with a microfiber towel for a clean, polished finish

Is this kit safe for ceramic coatings or vinyl wraps?
