ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive tracking via email when shipped (tracking # for parcel / PRO # for freight). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation/pickup. After pickup, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.

Freight: the terminal/carrier typically contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment.

If anything looks damaged/missing:

  • If damage is major: refuse delivery and contact us right away.

Important: If you sign without noting damage, it may limit or void the ability to file a freight damage claim.

RETURN & REFUND

As an authorized dealer of Wash & Whips, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED)

  • Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
  • Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

Include in your email:

  • Order number
  • Item name/model (and SKU/serial if applicable)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/video (if applicable)

RETURN WINDOW & CONDITIONS
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase (if approved).

Items must be:

  • Uninstalled / unused
  • In like-new condition
  • In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
  • Serial numbers must match (when applicable)
  • Additional fees may apply if an item is opened, incomplete, damaged, or missing packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it's due to a defective product, shipping delay and/or damaged package.For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect item ordered), return shipping costs and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • Outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (even if “free shipping” was offered).

Monaco Interior Cleaner – All-Purpose Interior Surface Cleaner
What it Does: Cuts through grime, spills, and stains on dashboards, doors, plastics, consoles, and trim without leaving residue.

• Spray directly on the surface or onto a microfiber towel.
• Wipe down interior plastics, vinyl, and hard surfaces.
• For stubborn grime, let sit for 30–60 seconds before wiping.
• Avoid oversaturating fabric or screens.
• Follow with Musk Odor Remover for a fresh finish.

Monza Leather Coating – Interior Leather Protection
What it Does: Conditions and coats leather surfaces to help prevent cracking, fading, and wear.

• Clean the leather first with Monaco Interior Cleaner.
• Shake bottle well. Apply a small amount onto an applicator or microfiber towel.
• Spread evenly over the leather surface in a thin layer.
