Orders placed Monday–Friday typically ship in 2-5 business days (excludes weekends/holidays. Once fulfillment, your order moves to carrier pickup + tracking (and freight scheduling when applicable).

QUICK DELIVERY
Transit Time (after shipment) is typically 3–12 business days (varies by location/carrier).
Shipping method depends on the item:

• Not included: inside delivery, stairs, placement, uncrating, assembly/installation, debris removal.
• Extra fees may apply (when applicable): liftgate, residential delivery, limited access, remote/extended areas, appointment delivery.
• Missed delivery/access issues: redelivery/storage fees may be charged by the carrier.
• An adult (18+) must be present to sign for delivery

ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive tracking via email when shipped (tracking # for parcel / PRO # for freight). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation/pickup. After pickup, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.

Freight: the terminal/carrier typically contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment.

⚠️ DELIVERY INSPECTION (Important)⚠️
Inspect BEFORE accepting delivery.

If anything looks damaged/missing:

• Take photos/video immediately (packaging + labels + product).
• Freight/LTL: write notes on the delivery receipt/BOL BEFORE signing (example: “pallet crushed, box torn, dented frame, possible concealed damage”).
• If damage is major: refuse delivery and contact us right away.

Important: If you sign without noting damage, it may limit or void the ability to file a freight damage claim.

As an authorized dealer of XMark, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED)

• Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
• Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

Include in your email:

• Order number
• Item name/model (and SKU/serial if applicable)
• Reason for return
• Photos/video (if applicable)

RETURN WINDOW & CONDTIONS
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase (if approved).

Items must be:

• Uninstalled / unused
• In like-new condition
• In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
• Serial numbers must match (when applicable)
• Additional fees may apply if an item is opened, incomplete, damaged, or missing packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (even if “free shipping” was offered).
• A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns not related to defect/warranty (including refused shipments).
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• Your refund, less the restocking fee and return shipping, will be issued within three business days of our receipt of the return.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / CREDIT

• Requests after 30 days
• Used, installed, or improperly packaged items
• Damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, or environmental exposure
• Items missing parts/accessories/manuals or altered/defaced items
• Items without proof of purchase
• Products that have been installed.

CANCELLATIONS

• Orders that have not shipped may be canceled with a 5% cancellation fee (payment processing cost).
• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, it must follow the return policy.

What is all included in my package purchase?
This package includes a Power Rack with Flip Down Safeties, Standard Pull-Up Bar, and 24’ Crossmembers, a Black FID Weight Bench, The7 ft Olympic Crowbar Barbell for Weightlifting, and a 160 lb Black Bumper Plate set (includes 10, 25, and 45 lb pair plates).

What tools are required for assembly?
The Viper Power Rack features 1" hardware for enhanced safety and stability during assembly. It requires 36mm bolts, and you'll need two 36mm wrenches for the assembly process. Additionally, the included lock-tight bolts reduce the need for frequent tightening.

I noticed concrete bolts are included. Do I have to use them?
Safety should always be top priority. To ensure the utmost stability and security of your rack, we highly encourage the use of concrete bolts. These bolts are essential for maintaining a safe environment, preventing accidents, and ensuring the longevity of your equipment.
