Returns & Refunds

As an authorized Versa Lift dealer, we uphold their official policy. Please read carefully—return shipping is your responsibility, and the refund you receive will be net of original delivery shipping plus a 20% restocking fee.

• Return Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
  

• Eligible Condition: The unit must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  

• Restocking Fee: 20%
  

• Shipping Costs: You’re responsible for both outbound and return shipping.
  

• Swaps for Mis-measurement: If you accidentally ordered the wrong model (e.g., Model 32 instead of Model 24), contact us as the return shipping fee for the correct model (Model 24) may be waived. 
  

• Return Restrictions:

  • Opened boxes are not accepted.

  • You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and provide photos of the unopened boxes. Please email returns@garagerebel.com 

  • Required to insure your return, and remove any existing shipping labels—UPS otherwise may return the box to you and charge again.
    

• Refunds: After inspection, refunds are processed minus shipping, restocking fees, and any damages.

FAQ

1. What’s included with WR-2432-P?
Only the Panther Radio receiver. The handheld remote is not included.

2. Which remote works with this receiver?
The WR-2432 wireless remote series 

How do I know if my Versa Lift can be upgraded to wireless?
If your controller cable is a silver satin cord that can unplug from the motor housing, your unit is eligible for the wireless upgrade

If your controller uses a thick black cord, it cannot be upgraded.

3. My lift is already wireless—do I need this part or just a remote?
If your unit is already a wireless model (e.g., 24W/WH/WHX or 32W/WH/WHX), you likely only need the extra wireless remote, not the receiver. 

What about older lifts?
The WR-2432 wireless remote only works with lifts purchased after January 1, 2014, or with lifts that already have a Panther Radio receiver installed.

Does this receiver pair with the lift right away?
It’s designed to work with the Panther Radio system used by Versa Lift. (Pairing/operation follow Panther Radio procedures included with the receiver.)
