FAQ

What kind of battery does the Elite use, and how much capacity does it have?
The Elite uses a sealed-lead-acid (AGM SLA) battery with a capacity of 100 Ah (i.e. 1200 Wh).

What’s the difference between its “3600″ rating and actual usable power?
The “3600 W” refers to the maximum (peak) power output. Its continuous output rating is about 2880 W, which is what you can rely on for sustained runs.

How can I recharge the Elite? What charging methods are supported?
You can recharge the Elite via its included AC cord (standard outlet), or via solar panels (up to 300 W) or a wind turbine (up to 300 W), thanks to built-in charge controllers.

Can I expand the runtime or capacity of the Elite?
Yes, the unit supports expansion: you can connect additional battery modules (called “Power Pods”) through its expansion port. That increases total energy storage and extends runtime.

What kind of devices can the Elite realistically power, and for how long?
With a full charge, the Elite can handle small electronics (phones, laptops), lights, routers, small appliances, even more demanding loads like refrigerators, power tools, or CPAP machines (depending on their wattage). Continuous usage time depends on load; light devices may run many hours, while heavy loads reduce runtime substantially.

  • Processing/Fulfillment: typically 6–12 business days (excluding weekends/holidays and unforeseen vendor/carrier delays).
  • Once fulfilled, your order moves to carrier pickup and scheduling.

Quick Delivery

  • Transit time (after shipment): typically 3–12 business days, depending on location and carrier routing.
  • Freight/LTL delivery: ships palletized and is typically curbside delivery.
  • Adult presence/signature: an adult 18+ may be required for delivery and/or signature.

What delivery includes:

  • Included: curbside drop-off (end of driveway/curb).
  • Not included: inside delivery, stairs, placement, uncrating, assembly/installation.

Extra services & fees:

  • Optional accessorials (when available) may add charges: liftgate, residential delivery, and limited/remote access

Missed delivery / access issues:

  • If delivery can’t be completed due to access limits, missed appointments, or inability to unload, you may be responsible for redelivery/storage fees charged by the carrier.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after pickup/label creation.
  • After the shipment leaves the warehouse, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.

RETURN & REFUND

As an authorized dealer of Nature’s Generator, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED)

  • Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
  • Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

Include in your email:

  • Order number
  • Item name/model (and SKU/serial if applicable)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/video (if applicable)

RETURN WINDOW & CONDITIONS
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase (if approved).

Items must be:

  • Uninstalled / unused
  • In like-new condition
  • In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
  • Serial numbers must match (when applicable)
  • Additional fees may apply if an item is opened, incomplete, damaged, or missing packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it's due to a defective product, shipping delay and/or damaged package.For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect item ordered), return shipping costs and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • Outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (even if “free shipping” was offered).
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns not related to defect/warranty (including refused shipments).
  • 3% merchant processing fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., credit card, PayPal). These fees are incurred at the time of purchase and cannot be recovered once the transaction is processed.
