Will this work with all EV Charging Cables?
EV Hover will work with all EV Charging Cables.

Can the EV Hover extend over my car?
Yes.  The EV Hover extends over 6 1/4 feet (9 1/4 ft with the extender) and can be mounted as high on the wall as needed.  

Can I mount on any surface?
Yes.  The EV Hover can be mounted on drywall (into a stud) or masonry (brick, stone and concrete block). 

Will the EV Hover work for other types of cables?
Yes.  The EV Hover will work with all cable, cords and hoses.

Can EV Hover be used outdoors?
Yes. EV Hover is made of powder-coated steel and aluminumand is weatherproof.

FAST PROCESSING
Orders placed Monday–Friday typically ship in 2-5 business days (excludes weekends/holidays. Once fulfillment, your order moves to carrier pickup + tracking (and freight scheduling when applicable).

QUICK DELIVERY
Transit Time (after shipment) is typically 3–12 business days (varies by location/carrier).
Shipping method depends on the item:

• Not included: inside delivery, stairs, placement, uncrating, assembly/installation, debris removal.
• Extra fees may apply (when applicable): liftgate, residential delivery, limited access, remote/extended areas, appointment delivery.
• Missed delivery/access issues: redelivery/storage fees may be charged by the carrier.

ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive tracking via email when shipped (tracking # for parcel / PRO # for freight). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation/pickup. After pickup, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.

Freight: the terminal/carrier typically contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment.

⚠️ DELIVERY INSPECTION (Important)⚠️
Inspect BEFORE accepting delivery.

If anything looks damaged/missing:

• Take photos/video immediately (packaging + labels + product).
• Freight/LTL: write notes on the delivery receipt/BOL BEFORE signing (example: “pallet crushed, box torn, dented frame, possible concealed damage”).
• If damage is major: refuse delivery and contact us right away.

Important: If you sign without noting damage, it may limit or void the ability to file a freight damage claim.

As an authorized dealer of EV Hover, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED)

• Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
• Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

Include in your email:

• Order number
• Item name/model (and SKU/serial if applicable)
• Reason for return
• Photos/video (if applicable)

RETURN WINDOW & CONDTIONS
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase (if approved).

Items must be:

• Uninstalled / unused
• In like-new condition
• In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
• Serial numbers must match (when applicable)
• Additional fees may apply if an item is opened, incomplete, damaged, or missing packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (even if “free shipping” was offered).
• A 20% restocking fee may apply for returns not related to defect/warranty.
• If the original product box or packaging is damaged, marked, or missing, a separate restocking fee of up to $20 may be applied.
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / CREDIT

• Requests after 30 days
• Used, installed, or improperly packaged items
• Damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, or environmental exposure
• Items missing parts/accessories/manuals or altered/defaced items
• Items without proof of purchase
• Products that have been installed.

CANCELLATIONS

• Orders that have not shipped may be canceled with a 5% cancellation fee (payment processing cost).
• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, it must follow the return policy.
