ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive tracking via email when shipped (tracking # for parcel / PRO # for freight). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation/pickup. After pickup, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.

Freight: the terminal/carrier typically contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment.

If anything looks damaged/missing:

• Take photos/video immediately (packaging + labels + product).
• Freight/LTL: write notes on the delivery receipt/BOL BEFORE signing (example: “pallet crushed, box torn, dented frame, possible concealed damage”).
• If damage is major: refuse delivery and contact us right away.

Important: If you sign without noting damage, it may limit or void the ability to file a freight damage claim.

1. Are the refrigerant lines pre-charged and fitted with quick connects? Or it is just the compressor pre-charged?
The refrigerant is only pre-charged in the evaporator. The refrigerant lines are not precharged or fitted with quick connects. Our refrigerant pre-charged in the indoor unit is to detect whether the refrigerant pipe is leak-free. This part of the refrigerant will be released in the process the installation. You will need to do the vacuum to make the system run properly.

2. What happens if I forget to vacuum the system?
If the system is not vacuumed, air (including moisture) may enter the refrigerant system, which can lead to high discharge temperatures (P4 error). If installation is completed without vacuuming, the only solution is to fully release the refrigerant, vacuum the system again, and then recharge it. Once the outdoor unit’s valve is opened, the refrigerant mixes with air, potentially damaging the entire refrigerant system.

3. What is the specification of the vacuum pump service port?
5/16 SAE.

4. Can the line set be shortened to 8 inches? If so, will It require removing any refrigerant from the system, and, how much refrigerant per foot of line set removed?
The minimum length for the copper line set is 10 feet. If you need to shorten the line set, we highly recommend having a professional technician handle the line cutting and reducing of the refrigerant to ensure proper operation.

5. Why can’t the refrigerant pipe be too short?
If the refrigerant pipe is too short, the following issues may occur: Excessive refrigerant pressure, which may shorten the compressor’s lifespan over time. Potential indoor unit noise due to resonance caused by the outdoor unit’s operation.

6. What temp does it stop heating at?
The mini split system automatically stops heating or cooling when the room reaches the set temperature. It is designed to operate within an ambient temperature range of -13°F to 131°F. If the surrounding temperature falls outside this range, the unit may fail to start or enter a protection mode to prevent damage.

7. Does the system include a line set? What’s the default length?
Yes. Each indoor unit includes a 16 ft copper line set by default. The length cannot be customized at checkout. You can purchase a longer line set separately, such as a 50 ft version here. The system is pre-charged with refrigerant, but vacuuming is still required for each line set during installation to ensure proper performance.
