FAST PROCESSING
Orders placed Monday–Friday typically ship in 2-5 business days (excludes weekends/holidays. Once fulfillment, your order moves to carrier pickup + tracking (and freight scheduling when applicable).
QUICK DELIVERY
Transit Time (after shipment) is typically 3–12 business days (varies by location/carrier).
Shipping method depends on the item:
- Not included: inside delivery, stairs, placement, uncrating, assembly/installation, debris removal.
- Extra fees may apply (when applicable): liftgate, residential delivery, limited access, remote/extended areas, appointment delivery.
- Missed delivery/access issues: redelivery/storage fees may be charged by the carrier.
- An adult (18+) must be present to sign for delivery
ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive tracking via email when shipped (tracking # for parcel / PRO # for freight). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation/pickup. After pickup, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.
Freight: the terminal/carrier typically contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment.
⚠️ DELIVERY INSPECTION (Important)⚠️
Inspect BEFORE accepting delivery.
If anything looks damaged/missing:
- Take photos/video immediately (packaging + labels + product).
- Freight/LTL: write notes on the delivery receipt/BOL BEFORE signing (example: “pallet crushed, box torn, dented frame, possible concealed damage”).
- If damage is major: refuse delivery and contact us right away.
Important: If you sign without noting damage, it may limit or void the ability to file a freight damage claim.
