Wireless Remote-Control: Equipped with an easy to use remote control allowing you to lower/raise your items. Programmable stopping points allow you to set high and low point parameters preventing your items hitting the floor.

Safety: The robust lifter comes with a wide variety of safety features:
- Self-leveling platform: The controller monitors and adjust cable speeds to keep platform level.
- Stop Limit: The attic-lift monitors weight on lift preventing you from overloading it.

Powerful motors: The Attic-Lift uses two tubular motors that are synced via the control unit to ensure the platform stays level. Both motors are mounted on steel strut channels which are anchors via lag screws on your attic's floor joists/rafters.

Motors: The Attic-Lift runs on typical household 100-120V AC, drawing 2.3 amps.

Aircraft Cables: The platform is hoisted by four hot-dipped galvanized 7x19 steel cables made from 133 wires each. The cables are wrapped in a vinyl coating which not only protects your hands but also seals in any lubrications, increasing its useful life.

Vertical Travel Distance: We offer three versions allowing for 13ft, 16ft, and 20ft vertical travel distances, respectively.

Coverage
The manufacturer warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal personal, household use when installed and operated according to the Owner’s Manual.
Warranty Period
2 years from the original date of purchase.
What’s Included
If a defect is identified, the manufacturer will provide replacement parts or, at its discretion, replace the product entirely. Replacement parts may be new or reconditioned. If a full replacement is provided, it may be with a new or refurbished unit of the same or similar model. The defective product must be returned before any replacement is issued.
How to Obtain Service
To request warranty service, proof of purchase (including date and place of purchase) is required. The manufacturer’s service team will assist in diagnosing the issue and coordinating the shipment of replacement parts or products after the defective item has been returned.

This warranty does not cover:

Shipping costs for warranty replacements are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is provided solely by the manufacturer. No other express warranties apply.
