• Missed delivery/access issues: redelivery/storage fees may be charged by the carrier.

ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive tracking via email when shipped (tracking # for parcel / PRO # for freight). Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after label creation/pickup. After pickup, the carrier controls routing, timing, and scheduling.

Freight: the terminal/carrier typically contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Inspect BEFORE accepting delivery.

If anything looks damaged/missing:

• Take photos/video immediately (packaging + labels + product).
• Freight/LTL: write notes on the delivery receipt/BOL BEFORE signing (example: “pallet crushed, box torn, dented frame, possible concealed damage”).
• If damage is major: refuse delivery and contact us right away.

Important: If you sign without noting damage, it may limit or void the ability to file a freight damage claim.

As an authorized dealer of Turbro, returns follow their return and warranty guidelines. Returns must be pre-authorized.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION (REQUIRED)

• Email returns@garagerebel.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA/RAN) and instructions.
• Returns shipped without authorization may be refused.

Include in your email:

• Order number
• Item name/model (and SKU/serial if applicable)
• Reason for return
• Photos/video (if applicable)

RETURN WINDOW & CONDTIONS
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase (if approved).

Items must be:

• Uninstalled / unused
• In like-new condition
• In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
• Serial numbers must match (when applicable)
• Additional fees may apply if an item is opened, incomplete, damaged, or missing packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (even if “free shipping” was offered).
• A restocking fee may apply for returns not related to defect/warranty.
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

• Used, installed, or improperly packaged items

CANCELLATIONS

• Orders that have not shipped may be canceled with a 5% cancellation fee (payment processing cost).
• If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, it must follow the return policy.

No — it’s designed only for the TURBRO AirSupply MS12 misting fan.

Up to 50 hours (fan-only), 10 hours (mist-only), or 9 hours (fan + mist) depending on how you use the MS12.

How long does it take to fully recharge?
A full recharge typically takes about 2.5–3.5 hours.

Does this replacement battery come with a charger?
No — use the charger provided with the MS12 fan (charger not included with this battery).

How do I check the battery level?
Press the enable button to turn on the indicator lights. Each blue light represents about 20% remaining power.

Yes — it doubles as a portable power bank with a USB port (5V/1A). (Power/USB cable not included.)

Can I use a different charger to recharge this battery?
Recommended only using the charger that came with the MS12 fan.
