As an authorized dealer of Boxo USA, we uphold their official policy. Please read carefully—return shipping is your responsibility, and the refund you receive will be net of original delivery shipping plus a restocking fee. 

To qualify for a return, all products require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) prior to being returned. The items must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by BoxoUSA. All packing materials, accessories, and documentation must be included. Kits and other items assembled after purchase must be unassembled and returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. Any products that have been modified and/or customized per the customer's specification will not be returnable. All cancellations and returns after the order has shipped will be inspected and subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs. Items returned without an RMA number will be denied and returned to the sender.

1. What warranty comes with my BoxoUSA purchase?
   BoxoUSA stands behind their products with a limited lifetime warranty on most tools and tool storage. Torque tools, tool bags, and tool rolls are covered for one year. See Policy Below. 
2. Are BoxoUSA tools and storage products professional-grade?
   Absolutely. BoxoUSA products are engineered for demanding environments — from professional garages and motorsports teams to aerospace and industrial applications. They’re also a perfect upgrade for serious DIYers who want shop-quality gear at home.
3. How long will it take for my order to ship?
   Most BoxoUSA orders ship within 1–4 business days (excluding holidays or unforeseen events). Shipping times vary by location, but you’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.
4. Do you offer free shipping or local pickup options?
   Smaller products ship via UPS or USPS. UPS/USPS eligible orders over $600 qualify for Free Shipping.
   
   FREE pickup is also available at the Irvine, CA warehouse location (16912 Von Karman Ave, Unit B, Irvine CA).
   
5. Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
   Yes — returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, undamaged products in original packaging. Some restrictions may apply for customized or special-order items.
